Fri Jul 24 2009Nice content, but poor website organization. Poor customer service. Seems as though this business model is built on catching clients in the auto-renew system rather than promoting positive customer relations. I really question the integrity of this organization!!

Tue Jul 14 2009Vault is one of those websites that will change your life! It is the only website I turn to to research career stuff. If you're serious about your career and moving forward, this is the only site to go to. Ignore everyone below. They are only bitter because their paid membership auto-renewed (like subscriptions do -- they tell you about it when you sign up) and they forgot to cancel it. The best thing about Vault is that it has lots of editorial content, but also user generated reviews . So you can see what employees are actually saying about working for companies and in specific professions. It's way better than glassdoor, because glassdoor only has reviews. Vault has blogs, job listings, and articles too. Definitely worth checking out.

Tue May 05 2009Vault is a scam. 6 months after signing up for a 3 month membership, they start autobilling me. When I complain they tell me to login. When I try to login, it tells me there is already somebody logged in in my account. This is pretty shady stuff. I will dispute the charge on my credit card and work to ensure their scam costs them more money than it's worth. The worst part? The service sucked anyway! It wasn't even worth the initial few bucks! Somebody please put this site out of business. Brendan

Wed Jan 28 2009If I could give zero stars I would. This scam of a site uses its paying members to try to get some information on a company. Most of the information is useless and way out of date. Also, they will change your auto-renew option to renew even after you cancel it. Total waste of money. Stay away at all costs!!

Wed Jan 07 2009This is a rogue company. Although I had cancelled automatic renewal of my Gold Membership in 2006, they saved my debit card information and charged $119.00 on my debit card without my approval in November 2008! Plus no phone number showed up on the charge on my card statement and when you try to call the one number they list on their website, nobody answers. I have been trying for months. I did get hold of one person today but was transferred to someone else's voicemail. The whole system has been set up to fleece people. Buyer beware!!!!!

Tue Apr 01 2008Vault.com offers some valuable info, but its membership is a fraud. STAY AWAY from it!! I signed up for a 90 day Gold membership with an expiration date. But these guys kept charging my card long after that without any notice or consent. Their billing dept is stickier and nastier than the bubble gum on the bottom of your shoe. Never buy anything from these guys because you never know when they are going to sneak in charges on your credit card.

Tue Nov 21 2000Vault.com is brilliant! You can learn about an employer you would like to work for in a less biased way. It gives you the opportunity to see whether you would fit in at a company before you spend a lot of time searching this information out or going blindly into an interview. Knowledge is power!

Sun Jul 09 2000I found this site to be a little obnoxious. They have message boards on the site where people are supposed to be able to chat about careers, opportunities, express opinions about employers etc. but anytime I've checked them out they all seem to be on the level of a Yahoo! message board with people just ripping on each other and putting everything down. I've never found anything of any interest on them other than who is supposed to be gay and how much more money one guy is making than another. No thanks.
