URent DVD Adult DVD Rental

Poor selection and a loooong time to get movies. I created an email exclusively to use with this website and it is full of spam. Maybe I agreed to this in the fine print when I accepted their terms, what a bunch of crap. The actual information about my rentals was often lost in the spam shuffle, mixed with all the other junk from the people they sold my email to. Beware like the swine flu.

Impossible to cancel membership. Beware!!!

I joined this service recently under the free trial...so far so good!  quicker shipping then i ever got from the others...without a doubt

This site rocks! I live in denver and hate going to the video store behind the curtain. Lots of latina videos!! I have been a member for a year and they give you free stuff. Shipping to Denver is generally 2 days and the customer service answers the phone unlike many other companies. make sure and rent "Kim Kardashian, Superstar" she is so fucking hot!!

this works for us because we live outside of the city where you can't get any porn. free trial was cool and overall we liked it

Takes FOREVER for DVD's to get to you then 1/2 of them are cracked or won't play. Stay away!

this sight did the trick for me and my boyfriend. lots of gay stuff and the shipping was good with the rapid return thing they have. signed up for the free trial and got 2 shipments before i was billed.... porn is good for a quick rub out :-)

I couldn't afford to stay a member because I'm not working but I had the trial and1 month and it was good. I wish i could stay a member but maybe later.

The worst of any adult rental service except Intelliflix. Selection = Average Defective discs sent = High Shipping times = Below Average (would be average but they tend not to ship within several days of the end of your billing period) Price = Average/Slightly Better than Average Website = Below Average (lots of bugs) What bothers me most about this service is the dishonesty. In one instance, they lied about shipping a title to me when their own website showed it had not been - and they claimed to have shipped it a day before I called them on it. Also, they have a program where they supposedly give you a free DVD (to keep) for every three months of membership; however, you only get it the day you are billed for your fourth month. I cancelled after three. Of all the services I have tried, this is the second-worst.

95% old titles. Large library, but DVD's that you can buy on ebay for $3-6. When you're ready to cancel, they tell you that you NEED to take your rental queues out, because they will continue to charge you. When you go to take all the queued DVD's out of your account, you find out that you have to delete them ONE by ONE, yes folks- 200+ DVD titles in your queue and you have to delete them ONE by ONE; isn't that a stroke of MARKETING GENIUS to the procrastinating consumers like us saying "oh well, I hate to sit here and delete 200+ DVD's out of my queue- I'll just stay with them for another month" and end up being ripped off for another year. HORRIBLE. Not worth your money or time. By the way, most of the DVD's that I got from them are BURNED DVD's, nontheless wreak of old cigarette smell. If they make me pay for their mistake as "bobthebuilderz" said in his rating, they will be reported. I am very happy with adultdvdempire.com

Been a member for almost 3 months and no problems to report so far. I had problem logging on because of my computer settings and they walked me through fixing this problem.

I have tried quite a few different adult rental services and URentDVDs has proven to be the best when it comes to service and selection. I recently joined after the Wanted List severely pissed me off, they took over 4 days to respond to an email I sent them. URent is the best choice in the crowded adult rental dvd market. I would recommend them to anyone who is seriously interested in adult entertainment

I've been a member at URentDVDs for a year or so and have found the service to be absolutely impeccable. The customer service is outstanding and there is virtually no turnaround time when DVDs are sent back. On one occasion when there was a shipping delay I called the customer service department and they adjusted my account and sent the next title in my rental queue the very next day!

I heard about URentDVDs on the radio and the free trial was great...I liked it so much i stayed a member! i'm thinkking about upgradign my membership to 6 but i have to wait til i get paid...i give them 4 stars

I been a member for a couple months now and just got my first free dvd. they have sooo many dvds so much more than other rental companies i tried. i told a buddy of mine about it and he signed up and I got a free month. sweet

I love this website for gay dvds. I have tried the other rental services and this is by far the best. I like the previews and when a dvd didn't show it up they just removed it from my list and didn't charge me anything. I signed with there free trial and then I reffered 2 people and I got 2 free months. The people that left negative must of expected to much...keep in mind it's a dvd and doesn't replace the real deal.... I love love love love porn oh ya did I mention I love porn.

I love this website! I have been a member for awhile and always have had good expierences with them. I live in New Jersey and I always got my DVDs in 3 days (at christmas 4 days) and I averaged about 1 shipment a week that's good for 20 bucks. The video stores in my town are horrible so I like getting them through the mail. I'm not new at this I have tried 2 other services and this one beats all of them in so many areas. Before I use anything on the internet I check the BBB and they have a very high score...this service rocks so I'm not sure what the negative comments below were, I just use urentdvds for fun and not in place of the real thing....maybe that's the problem with a couple of the comments below.

I have used all most all the Dvd rental sites and there are better ones out there than URent. URent did have the best prices, but I would suggest spending the extra $2-3 on one of the other services. I live in central Illinois and it would take 8-12 days for them to get dvd I sent back. I almost reported discs missing because of this. Shipping time to me was never bad about 4-6 days. Selection is good and you can request dvds they do not have. I requested one from Vivid and they sent me an email saying that they had ordered it and it would soon be available. I was with Urent on the 6 out for two month before canceling. I have used Sugardvd, wantedlist, intilflix, dvdavenue, and I am currently with Movixo.

They have alot of dvds more than anything else ive seen on the web. u can always reach theire service line when u need to call about something. and they give out free dvds to keep. great service! i gave 5 star

I don't know what the guy below me is talking about! I've been a member of URD for almost 2 years. Whenever i send an email, its always answered the same day, sometimes they even call me back at home! theyre very friendly and whenever a dvd is lost in the mail i just let them know and its gone from my list... ive looked at other rental companys but none have as many selections as urent does....i love being a member!!

Be warned! They will make you pay for discs that are lost in the mail. I had a disc lost at the post office in mid October. After repeated to emails(4) to their customer service reporting the disc lost in the mail they would not even respond to my emails. Finally when the did respond they basically acused me of taking the disc. I could only get them to email me once every two weeks and it always came from a different CS rep that had no knowledge of my issue. Then they sent me an email saying the if I cancelled my account without paying for the disc that they would use collection agencies. Stay away from these people. Their CS is horrible and when they did email they were rude.

I've been a member for a year. The selection is "just ok". There were many dvd's I wanted that they didn't carry. The free dvd's they offer should not be a reason to join. The free dvd selection is garbage. I live in Tn and when it says it shipped a dvd, I get it in about 3-4 days. That's good. Customer service is good. 2 dvd's were lost in transit in that year. They had no problem removing from my queue.

I was disappointed with their service. I'm located in S. California, about 2 hours from where they ship the DVD's. Regardless, if I shipped them DVD's on Monday, I would not receive my new DVD's until the next Monday. Also, they do not process (ship or receive DVD's)on Saturdays like some other rental sites. Their selection is okay, but not as good as sugardvd.com Their low price is their only strong point.

it is a rip-off

The selection availible on this site was pretty good. They carry alot of Hentai and gonzo type stuff. The main problem i had were the turnaround time. It took almost 3 weeks for a new disc to arrive from the day i sent one back. Also 2 of the 6 movies i got from them had significant playback issues in all 4 of my DVD players. To be fair i am on the east coast so if you live west of the continental divide you may experience better turn aournd time than i did.
