Personally I dont like bars I'm into the higher end restraunts, but one of my friends recommended this place to me so i decided to give it a shot. And all in all it was pretty good, the food was five star restraunt quality and the drinks were spectacular nice and cold. If I'm in the neighborhood again I'll pay it a visit

Uptown Sports Bar & Grill has got to be one of the best bars I've ever been in. Everything was great I had ordered some chicken nachos and it blew my mind how good it was. The service is superb and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend this bar for any occasion

I went over to Uptown to see the UFC fights and the seating is fantastic, the sorround sound is very clear and not loud enough to blow your ears out, the only down side to the fights was how busy it was.

Nice place to knock back a few beers. Not the ideal place to watch football or basketball games. The TV's plain out suck!! Hello welcome to the LCD age, two old projector screens. Very distorted screens! Other then that, good place to start the night!

Uptown is my home away from home ! they have all the sports people watch and the menu is first class. I am a bonafide sports junkie from Nascar(some say it is not a sport ) to the 4 major sports to soccer they have all and if they can't get it then nobody can. The bar is in the heart of uptown and the food and drinks are very reasonable if compare to the establishment in there immediate area and its agreat place to meet from anywhere in town so as Dicky V would say "its awesome baby with a CAPITAL A"

Was looking around town to watch the playoff games at a sports bar... Looked online and decided to go to Uptown. It was great!! I had the Double-Play there and it is a HUGE double stacked burger with double sides... I couldnt even finish it and cooked to perfection, unlike some other sports bars, they do their food right and now I am a fan!! I will keep coming back for more and try the whole menu!

It took so long to get a burger a sandwich and wings at lunch we had to get to go boxes instead of eating .(over 40 mins) No wonder the place is empty at noon. On top of that the food was terrible. Try some management changes and a cook that actually can.

I arrived at Uptown Sports Bar and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere. Uptown has a unique and diverse clientele from businessmen dressed in suits to women in pretty dresses. It's a place where you can go for a quick lunch, to hang out with friends, a first date, or even to relax alone with a nice cold beer. I sat at the bar and was quickly approached by a smiling bartender, who excitedly helped me to select a specialty house drink called the Laguna Beach (I believe it was called). It was tasty! I then devoured beef sliders which were absolutely amazing! The bartender also told me about their happy hour specials, which I think are only on the weekdays, but they have some really great deals on food. After my Laguna Beach, I tried a variety of beers, which were only $2.50 (I think that is a Tuesday special). The bartender and I talked some more and then it was time for me to leave to meet up with a friend. I really had a great time at Uptown Sports Bar and will definetely be goi... Read more

Uptown is an outstanding environment to be around. The servers are extremely nice with everybody. When you are at Uptown you are not a guest but family. I understand that the servers get busy, since Uptown has all the sporting events, they have a good crowd almost every night. I go frequently becuase i like to go into a bar and feel at home. I get there and everybody knows my name, what I like to drink and how I like to drink it. This is a great place to come and relax during the week and a great place to party at on the weekends.

Uptown was the perfect spot to watch sundays game. The food was awesome and the service was excellent. Staff was fun to be around. Most of the time I find sports bars don't have very good service and I was very happy with uptown. I highly recomend this bar and I can't wait to go back for the next game!

I recently had stopped in here with my girfriend for a quick drink and some appetizers. The food was oustanding and the time was great. The problem came after we paid our check. The total was 24.80. I gave the waitress a 20 dollar bill and a 5 dollar bill. I meant to give her a 20 and a 10. I told her to keep the change. When we went to leave the waitress approached us in front of everyone and asked us if the service "sucked". my girlfirend and I looked stunned. I asked the waitress what she was talking about. She replied I wanted to know if it sucked because you had left a 20 cent tip. it was a honest mistake but the Wait staff should not be asking for tips. I told her we would not eat here again because she embarrased us in front of the other customers. Beware of this place..unless you want your date to be embarrased in front of other people.

I used to come here years ago when it first transformed into a sports bar. I just went back to join some friends for a drink and was totally shocked at the type of workers that are there. Management doesn't obviously understand the concept of professionalism. The waitress are all dressed like they should be at the strip club down the way and the management is oblivious to the amount of socializing the waitstaff does. It probably is a great place for guys, however if it keeps this up, the tables should be replaced with poles and cover charge should go to headliners. Not the kind of bar I would ever spend my money in again. I was looking for a more mature group of clientele and instead I was shocked at the service. Took forever to get a drink. If you are going, bring lots of Single Dollar Bills. I might have gotten better service that way.

Finally a sports bar in Albuquerque that has woman customers and clean bathrooms. A new menu features a accomplished set of chefs can you believe it at a sports bar finally Albuquerque is getting a big city attitude. Try the peri peri sauce or the habenero garlic if you can handle the spice. The audio video is the best in town with hugh movie screen projectors and great food. Our friends always go for happy hours and to check out the scene.

I love this place! The food is excellent and perfect for bussiness meetings. They have TV's that can be programmed to whichever sport you want. I also like the crown that comes in. Everybody is friendly and its a place I can go with family to have lunch and party at night. Awesome drink specials.
