I brought my car in 10/19/2009 for the routine maintance. I needed a timing belt change. They also stated I needed the spark plugs in the fire wall changed and checked the coolant. I brought it in on a Monday evening. The work was to be completed on Tuesday evening. I called Tue eve and they stated they did not have the correct tool and had to purchase it delaying the repair.Tue No car but worked continually on it.. I called @ 3pm Wednesday. They promiced it would be done by 5 or they would call.By 5 no car and NO call. I did get my car Thursday afternoon . I drove it to the Dr. Fri. and immediately noticed I had a roaring lion that could not stay running on a incline.The check engine light came on immediately and the air conditioner did not work . I returned it to them( because I had already pd the bill in full) and they stated they would fix it quickly.
