    tiny, crowded room full of particularly dirty people. the stench was abominable, and powerful. wait time of 15 minutes. ups called me on my cell, and lied to me that the package is there. the liar woman's name is linda burke (sp?), from ups security. she also told me the center was open till 7 pm (it closes at 6). i went there, experienced the stink, and was told "we do not know where your package is, but it is not here". fantastic.

    I just came from waiting 1 hr to get a package that I paid extra to have delivered next day air. I missed to delivery by a few minutes because I stepped out. In times past the delivery man would redeilvery if he was still in the area, now I was told by someone how identified herself as a supervisor that redeliveries are not possible so I had to wait 11 hrs to pick up my package at 8 pm. We were all hearded into a tiny room to wait. My time was 1 hr, other were there before me and still there after I left. I am not doing business with UPS any longer.

    I paid $50 for special 2 day delivery of a netbook I need for a trip out of the country. Shipper unfortunately used UPS. UPS lied and said they had tried to deliver at 6:47pm. UPS delivers to this building all the time. They know receiving closes at 6:30 pm BUT they also know there is a doorman on duty every night until MIDNIGHT. No of attempted delivery was left. No phone call to me was made. And guess what...they did make a delivery earlier that very day to me of a book. So they probably forgot the netbook on the truck (assuming they haven't stolen it) and then lied that they had attempted the delivery at a time they know darn well the receiving room has closed.

    First: Excuse my language I'm International student. I've been waiting all the day till 7pm I diced to go out side, I found ups notice that the delivery attempted. no body ring the bell and my apartment it's very small that's mean even if I was in bathroom still I can here the ring. NEXT day same thing happens, but there was wetness the traffic guy told me the UPS guy just stop the track and been try to open the building door and he can't get in then he post the second notice and go away. after that I called ups and they told me go to branch to pick up your package.

    a bunch of incompetent, rude, obnoxious shitheads! they have nothing better to do than mess with the customers. i understand that they deal with dickheads and morons all day, but the reason the customers are being dickheads and morons is because the dillholes behind the desk are rude and unprofessional! i tried to be as nice as possible, never once raising my voice, and when i asked to speak with a supervisor, I WAS ESCORTED OUT!!! i have already spoken with the regional manager, and i have been refunded and apparently, some of the staff members from that day had received so many complaints that they were fired!!!

    I believe malice of forethought is involved in this particular UPS branch's delivery to the Chicago Northside. I routinely get package slips that say it is already too late to reroute. Last week I got two slips at once. I rerouted the package but got a postcard last night saying they would return to the vendor tomorrow!!! Please complain to UPS online if you have similar issues.

    I PAID ADDITIONAL FEES FOR 3 DAY DELIVERY. THE COMPANY LIED AND SAID THEY CAME OUT BUT THEY NEVER DID, CUSTOMER SERVICE LIED AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK CONCERNING MY PACKAGE WHICH HAPPENED TO BE FOR A VERY ILL PERSON. AS A RESULT I WAS NOT REFUNDED, I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE AND I STILL AM OUT MY MONEY. WORST SERVICE EVER, INCOMPETENT STAFF IN NORTH CAROLINA WHO BACK A DECEITFUL AND LYING COMPANY. USE FEDEX CAUSE I WILL!!!!!!!!!!!
