I bought an xbox for my son last year for his birthday. He played it one time when we got it in to make sure it worked. The next day (on his birthday) he went to turn it on and guess what it didn't work. So we had to send it off to fix it and he didn't even have it for his birthday party. Now, less than a year later it has crashed 3 more times. I have all ready paid once to tekprotect to have it fixed now broke again. I feel like a pretty easy going person but 4 times in less than a year is enough. Im sorry but I will never buy anything from unclevic again!!!! Not that I can get a hold of anyone from the phone numbers I have!!

It took us almost two years to resolve problems with an xbox I ordered for my son's birthday, however Uncle Vic's replaced it several times, sent games for my son by way of appology and did everything they could to see to it that he finally got a working xbox. Products may be iffy, but customer service made the wait worthwhile.

I ordered a refurb Vizio 42" from another online vendor and after 5 days the TV still had not shipped. I canceled the order and ordered from Uncle Vic's. I ordered late Friday PM and the TV arrived at my son's house in Florida the next Friday. The TV looked new, functioned well, and everything was as promised. Uncle Vic's customer service was responsive to my concerns about the shipping rates and very helpful. Not only would I order from Uncle Vic's again, I actually have. I ordered a PS3. While the PS3 did take a couple of days to ship, it still arrived in a timely manner, and again the customer service was great, the item as represented, and I am again satisfied. I just recently purchased a refurbished WII Console from UncleVic. The price on it was just to good to pass up. But the old saying, "If it seems to good to be true, that's because it usually is," certainly applies here. The day after purchasing it online, I bought a brand new Wii Fit Board from another site. The Wii Fit arrived within a few days of purchase, unfortunetly I couldn't use it for almost 2 weeks because the Wii Main Console from UncleVic took so long to ship, plus the game that was supposed to be included, wasn't in the box. After about another week, and calling UncleVic's customer service multiple times till I got a hold of someone, I finally recieved my full order. But now another problem arises.....the WII console doesn't work right. From the first day of use, the unit would need to be restarted due to the hand/cursor disappearing. unclevic had good deals on xbox 360s so i baught one. it came and it had the wrong game, no problem ill send it back. but then i plug it in and turn it on. a couple minutes later it dies due to overheating. so i made a review here and left a really crappy one (my mistake). then unclvic responded to me telling me that i could send it back with no charge. but i would rather have my money back ( due to wanting to buy a differnent thing etc. etc. ) unclevic is a great store with good customer service. i would advise to order from here. 4 out of 5 stars.

I recently ordered a refurbished PS3 from UncleVic and I am pleased with my experience. This is my first time ordering from them and I will definitely be doing business with them again. Their prices are unbeatable if you are shopping for game consoles. You cannot find a better deal anywhere else on the net except maybe ebay and most of the deals on ebay aren't refurbs. Shipping was a bit of a process because the company is closed on weekends and I placed my order on a friday. I contacted the company through email and they were very quick to reply and notify me of what was going on. Most companies would just ignore you. Good customer service! When I received the item, it was packaged VERY NICELY. I was very pleased about how much care they put into wrapping the PS3. This is a follow-up to my initial review. My whole problem with Uncle Vic's was that they did not ship when they said they would. My order was for a birthday present...not a Christmas present. We eventually received our XBox 360 and it's been a big hit at our house. I would order from Uncle Vic's again because of quality.

Unclevic too good to be true… Ordered an Xbox 360 bundle 60 Gig, HD, headset, wireless controller and 2 games. Customer service picks up on the 1st ring and they are very nice however; they have no customer documentation. Issue: Ordered bundle package and received the wrong tracking number. Once found, the main component arrived broken. After calling Unclevic, they told me they would ship a new one over night, again no tracking number. No shipment received. When I finally received the games (they shipped separately) there was no headset. I called Unclevic and they said “oh yea” we forgot to ship it”. Still have not received the headset or the replacement Xbox console. The 1st console was not checked for quality or working ability. No power lights and the wireless controller does not synch. I bought a 1080P monitor, and used it with computer only, and when I got my laptop I tried to hook it up with HDMI and I found out that HDMI connections are broken (I have 2 on my monitor, both of them don't work) and I started to getting white static marks all over my monitor so I can see these white electric particle looking thingy flashing all over my monitor, and I told unclevic.com about it, and the only comment they said was "Presently that monitor is out of warranty (it came with a 90 day limited warranty). " I guess it was my fault that I didn't try every single thing that was on monitor, but they could have provided me with some other ways to fix the monitor because it's only been about 110 days since I got this monitor. So I hate the service of unclevic, very irresponsible after 90 days.

I bought several items from Uncle Vic and had a few small problems. Dana at Uncle Vic had them fixed in almost no time. Their customer service was fast and friendly. Uncle Vic has earned my repeat business, and I could not recommend them more highly. Thanks.

I bought a couple of the refurbished HP (debranded) 24" monitors. UncleVic had an unbeatable price and the monitors were flawless. I picked them up and was impressed by the personal customer service and attention. They made sure the product was accurately represented and demonstrated that they REALLY worked before helping me carry them to my car. I'm buying 3 more of the 20" one's today. I had been looking for the best deal on a quality(semi)big screen HD LCD TV for days.I not sure how, but I ended up on Unclevic.com and ended up making one of what I consider my best decisions ever.I was interested in the Vizio VO32LF, which I had read great things about.The price was FANTASTIC at Unclevic but I was worried about the recertified thing.So I called the company, more than once and they reassured me that It was an excellent TV and I had nothing to worry about with it being recertified.(not in those exact words.)So I went ahead and ordered, the TV arrived within a week, and I couldn't be happier. I purchased a refurbished 32" 1080p Visio LCD TV about 6 months ago. The television was in new condition and I got it for a fraction of the original MSRP. The service was great and I have had no problems at all. I'll definitely check out unclevic.com again if I decide to buy another TV. Hopefully they can keep the prices at such great deals. I purchased a 37-inch Visio LCD high-def television from Uncle Vic about six months ago. At the time this TV had all the newest features (120mhz; 1080p). I was able to purchase this TV for $500 plus s/h...clearly the lowest price I could find and a great deal for this TV. Uncle Vic delivered the TV in a very timely manner and it has lived up to expectations; a great picture! I still walk by the room this TV is in and marvel at the picture quality. Uncle Vic's online service was very easy, allowing me to fulfill my transaction in a very timely manner and I was not hassled post-purchase regarding extended services and other accessories. I purchased 2 of the 24" 'debranded' HP Monitors with high resolution (HDMI), replacing the old 20" big box dogs on two of our workstations - Wow - What a difference! We actually have some room on the desktops, and can see twice as much on the screen - making work so much easier. The monitors were packed very well, in original cartons, but with extra cardboard and bubble roll packing materials to make sure they arrived here safely after the UPS shipping. (We pack and ship many cartons daily via UPS from our plastics factory - so I can tell when someone does a good job, and when they do the 'bare minimum'.) The arrived here quickly - of course I'm just one county over from them in California! Seriously - Uncle Vic's got the product out promptly, it was packed well, and the price enabled us to buy a much better product than we otherwise could afford - We will be back for more!!!
