Mon May 30 2011Tylenol Without a Prescription - http://canada-buy-medicine.com/pill/Tylenol?ref_id=2637 Service and quality are very good.

Wed Sep 08 2010I can recommend a reputable pharmacy (Tylenol) http://allcheappills.org I received the order and it was on time and the pills work great.

Sun Sep 05 2010Solid bang-for-the-buck. Better priced than more powerful over-the-counter stuff, it's still a must-have for traveling. And congrats to a company that gave solid instruction of how to really deal with a disaster. When I was in school in the 80's, Tylenol had a serious poisoning scandal that could've crippled the company. They survived and thrived - I always kinda respected that. . . Anyways, best product-for-the-price.

Sun Sep 05 2010it is in most of the sinus and cold meds I take and it seems to help with sinus things but like someone else already said (sorry, don't remember who) it isn't much on inflammation.

Wed Jun 24 2009I only use Tylenol when absolutely necessary, because taking any kind of medication for any length of time can be very dangerous. But I will say this for Tylenol: it does relieve pain.

Tue Aug 22 2006Awful product. This leaves my headache duller but still ever present. Whatever. Does not seem to relieve any aches or pains!
by happyskiguy
Wed May 17 2006Reasonably effective against aches and pains but, in my case, takes a long time to work, usually 30-45 minutes - quite awhile if you're waiting for a bad headache to go away. In my experience, Advil Liquigels usually work better and in about half the time.

Sun Apr 16 2006Since Tylenol does not reduce inflamation like most other pain relievers I find it pretty useless
by historyfan
Sat Dec 10 2005Although this is acetemenophin (sp?), it kinda works like Advil. The trick is that it doesn't upset your stomach, which is why many hospitals and DR offices use it more than Advil or aspirin.

Sat Jul 17 2004Way Overrated, Not only do they have no effect whatsoever on my pain, they do cause liver damage, and my doctor now cancelled back surgery. After I reqested something effective, he ordered a neuropsych evaluation. In my case, Tylenol served to INCREASE pain, although indirectly. Doctors need to know that since effective pain releivers without anti-inflammatories are not available to us over the counter, it is their DUTY to be a responsible gatekeeper for narcotics, and not deny those who are suffering from proper meds.

Sun Jul 20 2003The so called 'extra strength' pills are like candy. They do *nothing* for my pain.

Thu May 15 2003Usually tylenol and excerdrin are best for headaches. Howerver for arthtis, muscle pain, and tension headaches Ibuprofin/advil is best
by gicaua91
Thu Mar 13 2003Agrivated my Migraines, intensifing the throb, making me see flassing colored lights and brings them on if I don't have one. Many studies have shown that they were less effective than placebos in Migraine and the JAMA claimes thay kill many braincells. I avoid this stuff.

Thu Mar 13 2003a placebo, it never works for any of my pains.

Fri Feb 07 2003Tylenol works the best for me. Its hard to rate these pain relievers, because everyone is different and you just have to find the one that works for you.

Wed Jan 15 2003I find it is the best thing I can get for overall pain relief. It does the job fast without alot of unpleasant side effects.
by erictko
Fri Jan 03 2003It doesn't work for me. And NEVER drink beer or liqueur at the same time if you value your liver!!!! The goverment forced them to place that on their lable.
by beatrice_neff
Fri Jan 03 2003I think more people should be aware of the danger of this so called"placebo". When taken in quantities that exceed the recommenned dosage you risk liver damage. I know this for a fact. Just any doctor. Better yet call the poison control center.

Wed Nov 20 2002I have always great results using Tylenol, plus the last time I used Advil I developed a weird rash.
by oodie030
Thu May 02 2002not too bad. does the job but at a slower pace than something like excederine. i mean, i'd use tylenol but after a night of hard drinking and drug abuse i'd much rather grab have excederine in my medicine cabinet

Fri Apr 12 2002I don't know but Tylenol has no effect on me. I'm only a 5'1 little midget but Tyleno doesn't work w/my headaches or any other pains

Mon Jun 25 2001Tylenol is good for a lot of things, it gets rid or reduces my headaches, fevers, and any aches and pains I may have, This is the only pain reliever I will give my 4 and a half month old baby, It works very well with fevers and thats why I give it a 5!
by callmetootie
Sun Apr 08 2001It's the best kind of pain reliver for when you have a deep headache, that you can't get rid of. Tylenol is the best to use. You have to take only one or two, unlike other pills for which you have to take 8. The main thing is...it works.
by raincat
Sun Mar 04 2001I just had to come in here and give good old Tylenol a 5 rating because it has been a God-send to me in times of pain. --- You see I am allergic to several ingredients that are found in most other pain relievers, but not to what is in Tylenol, and of all the ones I CAN take, Tylenol works the best by far!!!! Whether its headache, menstral pain or feverish-pain from flu, invariably in a half-hour or less my pain is either gone, or greatly reduced. TYLENOL IS THE BEST!
by asammeri
Sun Mar 04 2001doesn't do a thing for my migrains!
by kiska9ca
Thu Jan 11 2001I can't really give a lot of credit to Tylenol. You have to take a lot of pills to kill any type of pain. There is a lot more stronger and better pills these days.

Wed Jan 10 2001My family has been using Tylenol for a really long time. It gets rid of my headaches. It is also good for back and body aches. I trust it a lot.
by cindylee
Wed Jan 10 2001Very good for a variety of pain. If you're pregnant it's the only safe medicine to take. I like gel caps for safety reasons and they're easy to swallow.
by yormom42
Tue Jan 09 2001Tylenol is good for mild aches and pains. It's easy on your stomach and comes in gel coated or regular capsules. For stronger pain I go with the extra-strength, however I don't find even the extra-strength to be helpful with muscle cramps.
by weiwong
Tue Jan 09 2001It works great for headaches. Pain relief takes a while and headaches do sometimes come back.
by tytran
Mon Jan 08 2001Afraid of bleeding intestinally. Use wisely. Works for only a few hours. Not a good long term solution.
by kudosc55
Mon Jan 08 2001Tylenol worked great to relieve my pain. My aches were gone within an hour and my fever didn't bother me anymore.

Mon Dec 18 2000This product is excellent. I use Tylenol on cramps, headaches, muscle aches, etc. I know it will stop any body pain in a flash. I buy Tylenol for my children as well.
by slnoh6e0
Sat Dec 16 2000I've taken Tylenol on several occasions including times when I was in the hospital..It had almost no effect on my headaches.
by minghoo
Fri Dec 15 2000Personally, I think Tylenol is a great pain reliever. It truly helps to relieve pain and headaches. I really recommend Tylenol to people who have headaches, body aches, and any other types of pain. It is fast relief from a reasonable price. But like every other drug, your body will eventually build resistance to it.
by hops712a
Sun Nov 26 2000My favorite of all. It starts to work almost immediately. It has a whole lot of positive uses. I like the capsule form the best.
by bjbjb1c3
Tue Nov 21 2000Is it just me, or is Tylenol good for nothing? I think they give it to people in the hospital because it doesn't help and they want to keep people as paying customers.
by juan92ea
Fri Nov 17 2000Really good product. When I have a migraine headache and it really does the trick. Beware if it says 'non drowsy'. That means it has tons of caffine in it.
by sleepy
Thu Nov 16 2000I like using Tylenol for fever relief. I found that it's not very effective on pain for me.
by fiji55b0
Thu Nov 16 2000Tylenol is a great product for me, mainly because I'm allergic to aspirin. Tylenol contains no aspirin and is safe for me to take. It also works effectively to take away my headaches like the one I have today.
by mahler
Wed Nov 08 2000Tylenol is okay if you have a mild headache but for serious ones, I suggest Aleve. It took 5 days for Tylenol to get rid of my fever once I had it.
by pooroldedgarde_rby
Tue Sep 05 2000Yeah I like Tylenol. To be honest I would probably choose to take Tylenol over Advil because at least Tylenol doesn't have that artificial taste to it. However, I really don't think I can ever take a Tylenol and not think about their whole Cyanide fiasco. Wow, did they do a great job of spinning that whole thing away. That's the sort of thing that would ruin most companies. Still many may have forgotten but I'm not going to lie and tell you it doesn't cross my mind, even if just for a nano second, as I tilt my head back to take one. The never caught that guy if I remember correctly.
by arch9768om
Mon Aug 14 2000I use this only if nothing else is available. I don't think it works as well as Advil or Excedrin. It does okay against headaches.
by wail9777om
Mon Aug 14 2000I think that pain relievers screw up your liver and G.I. system. People tend to abuse pain relievers and put themselves at risk for viscernal problems or re-injury. I know that Tylenol makes a lot of money and puts the responsibilty on the ignorant consumer to dose him/herself reasonably.
by druz9529du
Wed Aug 09 2000Tylenol is good for pain relief in people who can't stomach aspirin and ibuprofen. It's even better for reducing fevers. Just remember that the generic form of Tylenol is acetominophen and it costs half as much. I'm in medical school.

Tue Apr 04 2000Quick relief for a common or major headache. Also excellent for relieving pressure due to a sinus headache or head cold. Can't beat it when you have the flu either..eases those nasty aches and pains.
by mcke3634om
Thu Jan 13 2000Good stuff. Good when you have the flu or a nasty head cold.
