Mon Apr 15 2013The new version of this show is alright, though the old one was much better. It's too bad Charlie went completely off the boat on drugs and alcohol. I used to watch the old version all the time. With Ashton being in this show instead of Charlie I feel like this show has gone down the drain.

Thu May 31 2012two and half men still a very good comedy show, but just not as great when Charlie Sheen was in it. I just don't see the chemistry there like before. Honestly, I now prefer watching thebigbangtheory more and more. granted, tbbt has some weird and crazy characters but it's more fun to watch and laugh at. One other tidbit: Just for the fun of it okay!!!! BEST WAYS TO ENJOY MOVIES?!!! TOSS YOUR SHOES, HATS, SKIRTS, BOOMERANG IF YOU LIKE!!!! http://wat-up-people.blogspot.com/ KURT'S MOVIE: KEEPING IT REAL777

Tue May 22 2012It isn't my favorite by any means and I would've given it 2 stars, but I'm one of the rare people that actually like it better, post-Charlie Sheen. I think the show is more fun and not as mundane as it was towards the end of Charlie's run. I also think the show would have totally sunk if it wasn't for supporting actress, Conchata Ferrell towards the end of Charlie's run, as her character, "Berta" brings a lot of humor to the show. On a personal level, I don't really care for Jon Cryer's character and especially now that Charlie Sheen is gone. He gives me the creeps.

Mon Nov 01 2010How about "Two and a Half Feet up there Ass"?...This show is a waste of airtime.

Sat Oct 30 2010Funny at times. BUT....... The laugh-track is annoying. The acting is often terrible. It's cheesy, low class humor for very small minds. It is bashing women, families, mothers and marriage - (whereas society might benefit from some support and encouragement in these areas!). Two and a Half Men encourages and promotes alcoholism, promiscuity, homosexuality, indecency, profanity, divorce, drug use. It depicts men as mindless sex hungry pigs and teenagers as useless, burping, farting. lazy imbeciles. Maybe it's not so funny after-all. :(

Fri Apr 11 2008Love it. Love Jakes character. He is the funniest thing on that show. (well, ok, Berta is good for some chuckles)

Fri Feb 29 2008I recently started watching this show and I think it's absolutely hilarious. Sheen and Cryer play off each other very well. Even the kid, Jake, is funny, unlike most TV children. Definately the best sitcom on TV today. If you see it on your cable/satellite guide when looking for something to watch and see 2 1/2 Men, turn it on. You won't be disappointed.

Tue May 22 2007Has some of the best comedy writers in the business. The actors are good, but if they didn't have the brilliantly funny writing, they'd be nothing special. One of the only comedy shows I will watch.

Fri Oct 06 2006Cleverly written, edgier than usual for a major network show; the kid's a little annoying to look at, but he knows his place in the show's hierarchy

Wed Aug 30 2006Not terrible. But not deserving of being in the Top 25.

Sat Apr 08 2006It's not "TV's most watched comedy" for nothing

Tue Mar 14 2006Not a must see classic like 'My name if Earl' or 'Arrested development' but still often very funny with some offbeat plot lines. Charlie Sheen is a fine comic actor to the extent you forget he ever was a yuppie (Wall Street) or in a heavy war movie (Platoon).OK , we've seen some of the characterisation before - ladies man, geek, smart-ass kid - but it's still funnier than 'Will and Grace' and 'Friends'.

Mon Dec 26 2005I have to admit that I generally find sitcoms to be low-level video wallpaper that recycles tasteless jokes ad infinitum. However, that is my taste. I find this one inappropriate the few times I have caught some of it.

Tue Mar 29 2005A funny show, sometimes. I would think twice though if I was the parents of the kid, before I let him act in a show like this.

Tue Sep 23 2003The only saving grace is the kid. Otherwise, all you have is a carbon copy of The Odd Couple.
