Turn Into Earth

Haunting, more or less a folk/ rock song with a very eerie and sad atmosphere and just a whiff of early psychedelia from 1966. A young Al Stewart, at that time part of the folk scene in England, covered this track on a single shortly after it appeared, Stewart's version was actually quite decent: it didn't vary all that much from the original but was not a carbon copy either.
