They were great to work with, very honest, helpful and professional. We had a few issues with the starting date, but it was all weather related, so I was okay with that. They had the whole job done in 2 days, and it looks awesome, great warranty. I have a friend that does gutters, so I gave my friend the gutter portion of the job, and they worked get togather. The yard is cleaner after they were done, then before they started. I would have a problem recomending them to anyone I know. Sincerely, John Blaguski.

Their work is professional. I am happy what they have done. They came on time and finished in time too. Only one thing i am not happy is they got our 30% prepayment to start the project in May, it was almost $2000 dollars. They started the project in the middle of July. I understand they were busy at that time, it was okay to start the project in July. What I am not happy is after they got the prepayment, we did not hear from them at all until we called them later June. What I suggest is they should contact customer to tell when the project will start and if late, why. Some explanation to make customer feel comfortable.

I had an excellent experience with using Tuff Shield. I needed a rush job because my roof was leaking and they got me in very quickly even though they were already pretty booked up. The guys worked really hard, were quick, professional & did an excellent clean up job, which I really appreciated because I have a dog!!! I would recommend them to anyone who's looking to get quality work done professionally & economically. I had a couple small concerns and when Luke (the owner) came by to pick up the final payment he took care of them immediately while he was there which I really thought was great!! They could be a little better in communicating with you about when things are happening and whatnot but given the fact they were squeezing me in I'm sure that had a lot to do with it. I would like to add that even though they didn't call me, when I had a question and I called I could get a hold of Luke right away, no answering machine or calling back and forth. I was helping my mom in Milwaukee set-up an estimate and roofing job; I live in Ely MN. The folks at Tuff Shield were prompt and affordable. There were a couple minor issues for my mom, but nothing major (she's very picky about stuff). Overall, very nice job, prompt and professional service, at a very reasonable rate.
