Joe came for a water leak---that a previous plumber was unable to locate---he found the problem, and successfully repaired it. Unlike the 'other' company---he totally cleaned up sheet rock debris (had to open up ceiling to access pipes), and thankfully fixed the leak ! Price was also less than the unsuccessful prior plumber!

Did everything in a timely matter. Customer service was great! I would definitely refer them to anyone!!

Whenever I have needed plumbing help, I just have given Joe a call and he is there to help. Joe is very responsive and will help with ideas for less costly fixes. He tells it like it is!

He talked me through the process, explained with me what the problems were and even gave me some plumbing tips for the future. He made the work look easy, though I know it wasn't! I will use him again if the need arises. As I said, it all had a personal touch to it, he had an approachable demeanor and wanted to learn about his customer! Not many still do this!

Each time I've called TSCO to handle a plumbing emergency, they've responded quickly and provided excellent service. And when I had an emergency that was out of their area of expertise, they gave me a great referral who promptly handled the issue. TSCO is responsive, efficent and very professional. It's nice to have them as my "go to" plumber.

Joe from TSCO Plumbing came out to our small school on the Eastside and replaced a couple of slow-flowing toilets. His work is stellar and his rates are reasonable. In fact, he's become our school's regular plumber, performing check ups at the end of each school year, and either working with our old pipes and fixtures or replacing them when needed. We'd give him six stars if they were available.

Joe Schafer did an excellent job for us in repairing a residential outdoor faucet leak. Parts were not available to repair the old faucet and the pipe was not easily accessible, so it looked like we'd have to cut through the wall. However, Joe found a part that he could custom modify which made the repair job pretty easy (without cutting through the wall!) and cheaper than it would have been otherwise. His knowledge and creativity combined to give us an excellent result. He also repaired some indoor faucet leaks for us with a minimum of effort.

This Joe the Plumber came out to my area 90 minutes after I called to fix a pipe issue on a failed minor bathroom DIY project. Unlike some plumbers, he was very friendly and gave me useful plumbing tips while he was working. He was very thorough in assisting me with various issues. Price is probably what you expect it to be for the plumbing industry, but he does the job right and you're paying for the quality of work and Joe's expertise.

I was moving into an old house and tried to fix a leak in the tub fixture but gave up and needed a plumber. I selected TSCO based on reviews in Citysearch and I was very pleased. Joe was prompt, he worked efficiently & his price was reasonable. I would definitely call TSCO again if the need arises.

Was referred to TSCO Plumbing (Joe the Plumber) from a friend. Needed repairs at a rental property, so my renter gave him a call. Joe scheduled and coordinated with my renter but called and chatted with me about what the main problem might be. Showed up on time, worked to remedy the problem with the least damage to the property which made me VERY happy. Called me after the job was done and explained what he did and then billed me at home. Althought your NEVER ready to pay a hefty amount when it comes to plumbing, especially if it's a rental...the job was done right, NO damage to the wall..(i.e. no extra cost for a handyman to come repair the wall)..So to sum it up....I'm HAPPY and so are my renter's. They now have HOT water and I have piece of mind. Job well done...thanks Joe......

Joe the Plumber (his name was really Joe) came to fix water pressure and drainage issues at my home and I was able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I called Friday and he fit me in Monday. He was on-time to the minute which in the service industry is rare (ever called the cable company or TV repair?) He was polite and friendly while still maintaining professionalism. He took the time to analyze the problem thoroughly instead of just hacking into the wall to get to the pipes. No damage to the house whatsoever. I work from home so I was here while he was working. He communicated throughout the service. The work definitely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him based on this visit though I cannot comment on installation of new equipment as this call was simply for repair.

TSCO was helpful and patient in not only explaining the challenges of our side-sewer project, but was willing to work within our budget for replacement. We've hired TSCO for a number of plumbing projects and have been very satisfied each time. One job was the installation of a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and water filter. Joe, the owner of TSCO, installed everything without any issues and also cleaned up some messy plumbing done by a previous owner of the house. TSCO worked with us to select the fixtures that worked best for our home and took care of all the details of ordering the parts. Another job was the installation of a new water main from the water meter to our house. TSCO completed this major job in one day with minimal disruption to our family and we now have much improved water pressure. Most recently, TSCO came to our house a few hours after I called to fix a leaking toilet. TSCO is very conscientious and diligent in their work, ensuring everything is done to code. Joe, the owner of TSCO Plumbing (The Schaffer COmpany) replaced my entire decrepit upstairs bathroom waste plumbing, while planning for future remodeling, tied in a drain for a new upstairs laundry, moved my water service from one corner of the house to the other and set me up with a beautiful mechanical room. The mechanical room gleams with expertly soldered copper, an easily accessible shutoff valve, pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, and Grundfoss recirculating pump, which provides instant hot water at any fixture in the house!
