Friendly and fast. Loaded a 1BR apt. in 90 minutes, and unloaded it in 60. Came in an hour under the estimate.

Excellent service at every interaction. Spiros who visited our house before the move to provide an estimate was knowledgeable and friendly. On the day of the move, Jose and two more men showed up on time, were very efficient, and went the extra mile to accommodate every request like adding felt pads to furniture that moved from carpeted rooms to hardwood. They also disassembled and re-assembled furniture. At the end of the day, not a single item was damaged or lost. Highly recommended!

I have decided to go forward with Trusted Van Lines, but they are not scheduled to move me until late Nov. So far, though, I have been impressed with my discussions and their attention to customer satisfaction. These days, that in itself, seems to be a rare commodity. Bob Dexter

They were pretty ok for a local move and we were just satisfied. They came on time and finished the move in ok time. Their personnel are reasonable although not too good/professional. When they left the home, they didn't quite assemble the bed frame fully - not sure if they forgot or just ignored:(. I guess they didn't bring any stuffing material to cushion small items in house. So ask them upfront if you need those. Fortunately we had a lot of cushioning meterial our last movers used and we packed everything upfront before they arrived. Their customer service etc is very decent!

Communication and professionalism was top notch. Not only did the movers arrive early, but the project was done in the estimated time frame. They worked fast and were very efficient. It was really helpful that they had a team of 3 movers versus 2 movers, which other companies seemed to have. It made moving a lot easier and faster to complete. I would highly recommend this company to others that are looking for a professional and very affordable company to work with.

They were amazing From the first phone call to the delivery of the last piece of furniture, everything went right - espcially the quality and care of the move. The communication was flawless, maing the move a worry-free experience. I will happy to tell averyone who needs a mover about Trusted Van Lines! Thank you!

It was an easy job but very large furniture. They did a good job had to pay for three hours for a 1 hour + job. They all seemed to have this feature however.

Very good, fast and professional

We had an awful experience the last time we moved with another moving company so we were worried this time. The foremen called me and told me that they are in front but I didn't see any trucks. I was concerned. He realized that he was at 19th Street rather than 19th Avenue. So they were a bit late but other than that they did a great job and didn't used hand trucks like the movers last time. Hand trucks damaged the stairs and carpet last time. Trusted Van Lines were professional.

Now that I've unpacked I have to say I would not use them again. Way too many things wound up in the wrong part of the house- notably all my personal clothes left in a dresser in the garage behind a huge pile of other boxes- took 90 minutes just to get to it when I figured out what they did to me. On the plus side they were friendly, cheap and nothing seems to be broken, though still have 60% left to unpack.

They are The Best. If I were to need a moving company in the future, I would simply dial them. I do not need to look any further. They are honest and very pleasant and they aim to please...Absolutely. And their quotes/prices are fair...And moral.
