Tressame hair products

Granted, my hair was so soft using it but I noticed clumps of hair coming out. I switched to a different shampoo and it quit. My son started using it and I went to clean his tub bcs he had worked on his truck and I knew it would be a greasy mess. I had to use liquid plumber bcs of all the hair he lost! Not sure how he had hair left! He quit using tressame as soon as I told him what it does!
