I've had TreSemme for a long time now and i have VEEEERRRRYYYY picky hair. Like, it is unbelievable. Any type of shampoo i would use would find its way to make my hair look bad. I am a very picky person about my hair and i've used Pantene and Bed Head and Herbalessence and Garnere plenty of times and all of them would make my hair either dry or flat or give me dandrift. I've read a lot about people saying that their hair falls out.. It can happen with any shampoo, most of the times it means that you can be some what allergic to it or your scalp just doesnt like a certain thing about it but that doesnt mean that this product is bad... I've used all sorts of hair style tools from them and all of them make my hair look wonderful. It usually takes me about 3 hours to do my hair (blowdry and straighten) but this product makes it waaaay easier to work with. My hair is some what curly and some what waivy, very thick and long. I use the Tresemme Naturals because it has radiant volume and makes... Read more

My mother uses this shampoo and conditioner and I did as well, these products (which I've used I believe every kind that Tresemme has) leaves my hair dry and filled with static. I also noticed in the shower and when I blow dry and straighten my hair, a lot more hair falls out when it should, it also falls out a lot in the shower, I thought I was going bald! I wouldn't recommend this product to any of my friends.

TRESemme makes my hair soft and smooth the next day for some reason. But everytime I finish showering my hair is still dry and harsh. Iv'e been using the Thermal one because I straighten my hair everyday..

Tresemme left my naturally curly hair feeling dry and frizzy. I think they have a line designed specifically for curly hair - maybe that would work better. I might give it a try. But the plain old Tresemme didn't do it for me.

It's too harsh for my hair. The curl shampoo/conditioner leaves my hair feeling dry, poofy, and completely stripped of all natural oils.

I am African American. As all of you sisters know, it is more than a challenge to find the right products for your hair. I have used virtually every product on the market, and one day I was in a particular store and saw Tresemme. It was on sale 3 for $10. I thought it was so cheap that if I didn't like it, at least I didn't spend a lot of money. It's over a year later, and I'm still using it. I tried the new Tresemme Naturals (the anti-breakage one with the gel in it). LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT. My hair is shiny (a real feat because we have to put oil IN our hair). I also use their conditioner. Before you blast it out of the water by saying that it is not a good product, you should understand that not all products work on all types of hair. Just because it says "smooth control" on the bottle, it does not mean that it will work on your particular hair. Perhaps another Tresemme product would work very well. At any rate, unless they drastically change it, I will continue to use it.... Read more

I always buy salon sampoo. I usually buy biolage or joico products. I ran out of conditioner and my boyfriend had tresemme in the shower. I used the conditioner and found it to be better than my salon conditioner!!! I didn't realize it was SOOO cheap until I saw it on the shelf at my local supermarket. I definitely won't go back to using salon conditioner. I bought the volumizing shampoo (black bottle with purple writing) but I find the shampoo has made my scalp oily and not nearly as shiny as biolage. Too bad because it's SO cheap!!!!

I love Tresemmé, as soon as I started using it I noticed a huge difference. It made my hair a lot healthier. My hair looks way better because of it and I've dyed my hair a lot and bleached it 2 times, my hair was starting to look dried out and disgusting, but just after using it my hair looked wonderful unlike those other high priced shampoo company's that they sell at stores. I only trust Tresemmé when buying shampoo and if it is not Tresemmé it's probably shampoo from a salon. The one other thing I love of Tresemmé is it's affordable

I LOVE TRESemme! I am currently using the Deep Cleansing line and it's wonderful! When I saw it cossed only $4 I was a little worried...cheap shampoo often doesn't do anything. But TRESemme works great and takes care of my hair- no wonder it's advertised on TV so much. 5 stars!

Awful, i used to use dove or biolage on my hair and one day i decided to try the tresemme cause it was very cheap. well OBVIOUSLY because my hair is awful now. i have curly hair and it has a very rough texture now, and its drying out my scalp SO much. ive never had dandruff until i started using this! its awful and i cant wait to buy new shampoo and conditioner to start feeling healthy again!! dont ever buy this if you care about your hair!

I am biracial (black and white), and have very curly hair that I straighten almost every day. Tresemme conditioner is the only product that I am always loyal to, even though I switch up my shampoos regularly. It also contains biotin, a great vitamin that promotes healthy and fast hair growth. It leaves my hair smooth and shiny, and it's cheap, so I think it's by far the best conditioner out there, and I've tried just about everything. I usually get the Anti-Breakage, and it's done wonders on my curly mess.

I use Thermal Recovery Shampoo and Conditoner and all of the Thermal Creations products, and I won't use anything else. I straighten my hair every day, and before I started to use this product my hair would dry out and fall out (I know, disgusting!) As a last resort, I tried TRESemme, and I pledge by it. And...it is VERY inexpensive! It is so popular that they don't need to raise prices to get a good income! Overall, it deserves 2000 stars.

I have the Smooth & Silky Shampoo. The smell is GREAT, but after using this product my hair is like fragile STRAWS and not very smooth. Hence, this stuff is not very effective. I shouldn't have expected much when this huge bottle cost 4 $.

I ran out of my normal Fructis Shampoo and Conditioner and they were out when I went to the store. So I saw TRESemme. It said used by professionals and it was salon quality so I tried it and it left my hair shiny, soft, and smelling so good. I would definitely reccomend this product because it is salon quality and it is cheap for alot.

I've been using TreSemme for quite some time now and love it. First off its a very cheap product (3.89 for 32oz), but its a great product. I use the moisture shampoo and conditioner and my hair never feels weighed down and it always have a great smell to it! My hair has been shinier and healthier since I started to use these products!

I absolutely adore this stuff. I bought the soothing shampoo after I got rid of that horrible Sunsilk shampoo. I also bought Vavoom shampoo from the place where I get my hair done, but I only use it occasionally because it was somewhat expensive. I didn't expect the Tresemme to work so well, but it seriously makes my dull, straight, thin hair feel lightweight and full of volume every time I use it! I will definitely be buying this stuff in the future from now on.

I recently picked up two huge 32 fl oz bottles of Tresemme Healthy Volume shampoo and conditioner (for 3.80 each) after using brands like Pantene, L'Oreal, & Nexxus. I didn't really expect much, just another shampoo and conditioner, but after using the products, the result was soft, shiny but not limp, bouncy, and healthy feeling that I actually noticed. Like many other people on here, I wouldn't usually care about rating shampoos, but the results were so nice, I had to. Maybe there are better products out there at salons, but this one comes very close, and the price cant be beat.

I really like this brand. I've tried Tresemme Anti Breakage conditioner and I love it. I still use it and I'm not planning to change. It leaves my hair softer and shinier, it has made a great change. Plus, the price is very good. I've also tried Vitamin C shampoo or something like that, it's for normal to oily hair, and I love it too. It leaves my hair clean but not too dry or tangled, like other brands do. Of course, I have oily hair, but if your hair isn't oily, this shampoo may be too much and leave it too dry. To sum up, I would certainly recommend both products.

i like it because it is very affordable, important when finances are tight like mine, and doesn't give my hair alot of problems while keeping it clean and feeling good. doesn't weigh it down or overstrip it.

I've been a licensed/registered cosmetologist of 10+ years and STILL prefer and recommend TRESEMME shampoos and conditioners over any other brand. I love the clarifying shampoo-- it deep cleanses to remove excess oils and accumulated buildup from styling products better than any other I've used. The TRESEMME conditioners provide detangling benefits, and leave my hair soft without weighing it down or making it look like I have a case of the greasies. TRESEMME products work well, comes in big bottles, and all at a fraction of the cost of per ounce in comparison to any other brand. My entire family uses TRESEMME, and always will.

I am 50 years old and I color my hair myself. My hair has never been healthier or shinier than it has since I switched from salon products to the Tresemme Hair Care line. I use all their products and I LOVE what they do for my hair and I also love the price!

I bought the 'Restore- conditioning leave-in creme' a couple days ago. HORRIBLE!!!! GRRR, It smells really good- but it clearly states on the bottle that it: "Adds manageability without stickiness or heaviness" WRONG. all there was was stickiness and heaviness!! It felt and looked really gross, and I had to walk around feeling like I hadn't washed my hair in a month. I do not suggest it!! Very disappointing... =(

Not impressed - end of story. I admit I was taken in by the advert (oh okay and the offer) well at least I didn't pay too much for the rubbish - that is one conselation! It reacted with my scalp, it was soo itchy - and saying that my skin/scalp isn't really that sensitive - it only reacts very occasionally. It didn't even improve my hair - not something I will be picking up again!

A former Pantene user.Using their healthy volume shampoo & conditioner. Leaves my hair soooo silky soft, extra bouncy and free flowing. Also does wonders for body & volume.Does a very good at taming the frizzies. The conditioner detangles well.Does so well that I emailed them.Excellent for short to medium length hair.Mine is just short of the shoulder.Just love how my hair is soooo silky, soft, bouncy & free flowing.I no longer need to try other brands.

TRESemme didn't work too well on my hair. After using it, it made my hair feel dry and not very silky or bouncy. Maybe it's because I'm Asian and I have long medium-thick hair. Who knows... but it does smell kind of good.

TRESemme has a really foul smell, and both times I tried it, it left my hair feeling like straw. This product is put on a high pedestal, and I am one who will knock it right off. Complete garbage and a huge waste of money...

I give it a 5, because it works - leaves my hair manageable, despite the damage done by a salon in Spokane, WA. It is very economical and I don't need to pick it up every shopping trip, because the bottle is huge.

I wouldn't really care about rating shampoos or conditioners at all, but I tried Tresemme shampoo and conditioner a few months ago and was so impressed, I actually wrote to tell the company. The fragrance is not overpowering, which is important to me. Best of all, the conditioner is absolutely the best at detangling hair that I've ever used. That gets big points from me.
