People I dealt with (Dana and Matt) were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They were very professional and detailed on covering all aspects of the buying process.

I have an Xterra that had a recall on a gas tank, of which I was never notified. After the warranty ran out and at 50,000 miles, was told I needed a new gas tank for $1000. which was ridiculous. Now again am told need a new gas tank, never mentioning the recall. I have paid for service that was never done and the service people are hateful. Go to Round Rock people, stay away from this rip off joint.

I've already filed complaints with Nissan Consumer Affairs and the better business... Town North has replaced my radio to my new 2008 Altima TWICE and it is still malfunctioning. I spoke with the service manager, Tim Lenon, and he was super disrespectful with a "I don't care attitude." Both the customer service and follow up at this establishment is pathetic. Needless to say... I took my vehicle to Round Rock Nissan hoping for better service.

If you want to be forced to speak to a manager when you really are "just looking" then go to this dumphole. I went to browse at some used cars and before I knew it, I was listening to some *uck of a FAT OLD manager go through his dog and pony show. LISTEN UP!!!! WHEN I WANT TO JUST LOOK, LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! You are NOT going to FORCE someone into buying a car. If I want help I will deal with a salesperson. It is just downright stupid to make the salespeople waste MY TIME to talk to you like you can brainwash me or something to buy a f**king car. Get over you fat self old man!!!!

Tried to get my vehicle serviced on a Thursday so I could leave town on Friday morning to handle my recently deceased fathers affairs. I explained to Greg Workman, the assistant service manager, that my father had just passed and I needed the car to go out of town that weekend. He took this to mean that he could take advantage of me in any way he saw fit, which he proceeded to do. I am limited to only 2,000 characters here so I will simply post a link to the full description I posted on yelp. tinyurl[dot]com/5jxj7g I had to use tinyurl here as well because this site limits word lengths to 35 characters so I had to shorten the url in order to post it.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our cars. The sales guy we had was awesome. Too bad the service people have now ruined our enthusiam for this place. We have only had out vehicles since 4/29/08 (yeah we bought 2 of them) My husband's has recently had a problem with his car. It won't pick up power when he turns it on. It will only let him go about 5 MPH (not often - just out of the blue.) He took it in to their service dept to get fixed. They said the throttle unit had debris in it (we've only had the car a couple of weeks - so how this happened I have no clue.) When asked what kind of debris we got no answer. They said if the problem happened again to bring it back in and they're replace the part. (If they thought it may happen again I don't understand why they didn't replace it to begin with.) So today it happened again. My husband took it back in and they brushed him off. They told him to bring it in tomorrow morning. We get a free rental so I figured he'd leave his t... Read more

I been there for maintenence. They charge customers a lot, and after they break something in the car they won't take responsibility, they won't fix their own fault. So what happened is when I got the car back I realized the stud and the wheel nut was missing, there were only 4 of them instead of 5 at the passenger side front wheel. On the recipt, they put "customer needs to replace stud" instead of saying "we broke the stud and threw the wheel nut away". So I went back to the mechanic. They say "it broke" while taking the tire off, notice "it broke" not "we broke it". How much is fixing I ask, the guy says, you need this and that and blah blah, basically a few hundred more, which is part plus labor. And they won't fix something they broke, they just blame the previous mechanic, the previous mechanic did a poor job so it broke. So the car was returned to me in an unsafe condition, with one less stud, they refused to fix their own fault, and asked few hundred to fix it. Then I stopped by... Read more

We recently leased a car from Town North Nissan. We negotiated a 3-year lease, verbally agreed to the contract, and shook hands on it. They quickly shuffled us off to do paperwork with their lease manager, who told us to sign a stack of forms while he told us his life story. When my husband asked questions about what we were signing, the man told us "Don't worry about it -- it's all just standard" and only pointed out the parts where we had specific questions (and of course, we never questioned our lease term, because we had ONLY discussed a 3-year lease). Well, we got a letter in the mail from Town North, and it says that we have leased for 3.5 years!!! After talking to the person who helped us with the sale and lease, both have lied about the course of events. Town North Nissan has committed fraud -- and we are filing a formal complaint with the regulatory agencies today. DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH TOWN NORTH NISSAN. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!
