Town Car Executive Car & Limo

Drivers are late, can't find locations/terminals. The driver tried to charge us twice what was agreed, including 30 minutes of waiting time because *he* couldn't find the right terminal! (We were waiting by the curb making multiple calls to the dispatch trying to find him!) Very unprofessional. What a joke--take a cab or try another service.

Good phone customer service, but the cars are awful and drivers unprofessional. Our company canceled the account 2 days in.
