Mon Dec 28 2009Look here folks... THIS is a vodka that can be without question the ONLY brand you need to buy. Why you ask? For starters... Tito makes this vodka with intelligence and finesse. He prices it so his friends can afford it. It is devoid of wasteful expenses like fancy packaging, and advertising. The taste if you have tried it is superb, and the value is astonishing. Wake up and try Tito's!

Sat Dec 05 2009This is the drink that got me off my Bourbon trip I've been on for so many years. I was obsessed with Whiskey, bourbon, and scotch until one day I got interested in vodka for one reason or another. Have bought a bottle or two of each top shelvers, and seen "Tito's Handmade" on the top shelf down the line a bit about 3 months ago. Since then I have made efforts to purchase another product besides Tito's, but why the hell would I? Greatest quality, tasting, and feeling great in the morning. Was drinking it straight for a while until I discovered mixers, remember I was a huge whiskey guy for a while there. 10/10

Fri Sep 11 2009Exceptionally smooth going down and the morning after. Only problem is the price has increased over 50% as its popularity has grown

Tue Sep 08 2009Only Grey Goose, Stoly Cristal and the no longer available Kord are better.

Mon Aug 24 2009Maybe we could get the distiller to filter 20x's. Corn is for whiskey not vodka.

Wed Aug 12 2009This guy makes this to be inexpensive and yet is so much better than Absolut. If you haven't tried it please do. It is much more smooth and is as pure as you can get especially for the price. Beautiful product. Cheap enough to mix and yet tastes good enough to drink alone. Best I've had.

Thu Apr 16 2009I'm half way through my first bottle of Tito's (over several days). To me it tastes how rubbing alcohol smells. Smooth and not strong, yet rubbing alcohol keeps coming to mind.

Sat Dec 13 2008If this Vodka came in a fancy designer bottle w/a fancy designer name & cost 2-3 times as much as it does, everyone would RAVE about how wonderful it is... (& order it in bars at full volume so everyone could hear)... The bottom line is = this is the BEST VODKA BARGAIN on earth, & it may very well be the BEST VODKA PERIOD!!! SMOOOOOTH, NO BITE, NO NASTY AFTERTASTE, GREAT STRAIGHT OR MIXED... TRY IT DAMN-IT!!!

Sat Oct 18 2008Tito's! It's a Texian thang to do! Recipe for Dirty Don's Screw You Driver: Freese ice cube tray of real OJ (not from concentrate) Use same to fill up a frosen tumbler cover with Straight-from-the-freeser Tito's.. garnish with fresh orange wedge (no Paper Umbrella, please) Sip.. and then shake your head and grin! (Keep adding Tito's till orange juice ice cubes disappear, then repeat process) Dirty Don Wharton Texas (Drive to Houston, hang a right)

Wed Jun 25 2008I never gave a sh*t about vodka until I tasted Tito's. It's the reason I'm on the net right now looking up vodka ratings - a fantastic beverage.

Fri Mar 21 2008It is difficult to understand the strong negative comments by some but to each their own. I have found this to be wonderful vodka with a very smooth and easy taste and extremely good on its own. I would give it the highest rating.

Sat Feb 09 2008This is simply the best tasting, smoothest, vodka I've ever tasted. The three olive martini absolutely requires Tito's Vodka. The Jersey Longhorn

Tue Jan 01 2008I think this vodka may have been good in the past, received some good press 5 years ago. I recently purchased a bottle and it definately is not a great vodka. Hints if fusels and other nasties. If it was an award winner not any more. Still, good value for the money if using as a mixer. Don't pass it off as good stuff straight up to those that know the difference.

Mon Dec 03 2007For all those thinking that this vodka is smooth -- try Burnett's regular 80 proof-- the 100 is (also) - much smoother and, less expensive than this.

Sun Jul 22 2007Great vodka. I was actually looking for another vodka. "ice", and when the store did not have that, I asked for a reccomendation based on value alone (told him i was willing to spend a lot of money as long as it was worth it) - he said you can't beat Tito's, that he would rate it up there with grey goose. Boy was he right! Put it in the freezer awhile, and it's the only vodka that i can tolerate neat/chilled by itself. Though it certainly tastes of vodka, you will not cringe after this one goes down - excellent!

Sat Jun 02 2007For the money nothing else is better in my opinon than this vodka. I drink Kettle One routinely but I believe this is just as smooth for much cheaper. Those who gave this vodka a rating of 1 or terrible most likely never even tried it or know nothing about liquor. Definatley pick a bottle up and compare it to your favorite vodka. I'm pretty certain what the results will be.

Sat May 05 2007Tito's Vodka is only Taaka Blue that gets distilled a few more times in ATX. Its good but not that great. I can think of a few other vodkas in a lower price that taste as good. Then again, always a plus supporting a TX product.

Mon Apr 30 2007Swill. I think Tito is really using his feet.

Mon Apr 30 2007smooth and no sour or bitter aftertaste

Tue Oct 10 2006At Trader Joe's - excellent value for your money, not as good as Chopin, or smooth, as Ketel, goes down with slight harshness despite multiple distillations

Sat Jun 03 2006Right up there on the top shelf. Good with water, club soda, or mixed. Worth a try.

Sat May 13 2006I have tried many vodka's including kettle one and this beats kettlee one. It has a sweet taste with a little burn and is great on the rocks. 19.99 for a liter which is a great deal for this handmade vodka

Wed Feb 01 2006I'll take it. This pote is so smooth. I can cramp 1/2 an eigth in two short glasses, go into 4 foot radius mode, cramp 3 bottle of champagne and not even yuke.

Tue Dec 13 2005Live in Austin. Some of the best vodka I've ever had. The only one I personally place above it is Finlandia, but I buy Tito's for the price.

Fri Nov 19 2004I have tried many vodka's,and this is 1 of the best. It's a good mixer, straight up or on the rocks.I rate it up there with Absolut,Crystal and Grey Goose.

Tue Sep 21 2004I thought it was pretty good vodka--very smooth. If macc5645om had read this article, http://www.austinchronicle.com/issues/dispatch/2002 -04-19/food_feature.html he'd/she'd have information that it's HAND-MADE, not 'HOME-MADE.' Little 'handcrafted' means 'not done solely by machine. Mercury poisoning? Old moonshine stills used to give the drinkers lead & other heavy-metal poisoning, because they'd use lead to solder the piping together, if memory serves, or use non-copper tubing and steel that the alcohol would pick up tin and other metals from. I don't remember anything about mercury poisoning being a problem from those stills, but I suppose it's possible. Anyway, since the distillery's permitted by the state, it has to be at least as food-grade as a beer microbrewery or wine vinter would have to be.

Sat Jul 17 2004Living in Austin, Texas I took the tour of this famous micro-brewery. Got some free samples which I followed up by purchasing a bottle. Excellent !

Fri Apr 16 2004Some of the most smooth vodka I have ever tasted. Great on the rocks or as a mixer!

Fri Mar 19 2004This is a micro distilled vodka that I came across. I'm pretty impressed with this one. It's a corn vodka that's apparently been 6 times distilled by a fellow in Austin, TX by the name of Tito Beveridge. Smell is a little mediciny / astringent, slight sweet flavour (I'm not sure if I can taste the corn), and very clean and smooth finish. Zero harshness. Nice job for a micro distiller. Not the best, but very very good overall. Puts away Absolut, Pearl, Smirnoff and many other also rans. Haven't tried it yet as a mixer, but I'm sure it would do well.
