I stopped into my local Tire Worst for a new battery. The guy quoted me three different batteries as he seemed unable to establish the correct one for my vehicle even upon checking his auto book. Finally he decided he would just match up the battery to the one currently in my car. My battery was dead due to, amongst other issues, corrosion around the battery cables. The battery was replaced and upon my inspection back at home, the person who worked on my car installed the new battery without bothering to clean the corrosion off and returned my car to me with a new battery covered in old battery corrosion. Incompetence. AND, I'm still not sure if he installed the correct battery.

I purchased a coupon book for free oil changes, when I gave them the coupon for the oil change they still charged me $25, "What a scam." 45min later they handed back my keys and I began to drive home, I wasnt even a mile away from their shop when I lost control of my truck and nearly slammed into several other cars on a very busy Sunset Rd. I immediately pulled to the side and got out of my truck, thats when I noticed that my 2 rear tires were barely hanging on by 2 hand tightened bolts on either side. After walking back to the shop, they sent a mechanic to retreive my truck and refasten my tires. 2 and a half hours later I was handed back my keys without a visit from a manager or an apology and was told " the next oil change is on us." (you have got to be kidding me) The next day while driving to work on the 95, I noticed that as soon as I reached about 60mph my steering column started to horribly shake. I called the corporate office 3 or 4 times and left messages without a return c... Read more

Try to return a tire under warranty at this location. Good Luck. The manager will lie. And if you are a female he will double talk. Had to go to corporate to get any resolution. I ended up at another Tire Works location and when I mentioned the manager's name they confirmed he is a problem. Bottom line. You get what you pay for. Never again.
