Ive had only 3 different flavors of this MINT: is actually better than what i thought it would be, though i had it in in school so i had to swallow the spit, its a ok mint, nothing like grizzly FC NATURAL: its really salty but it was allright, once again using it at school PEACH: its pretty darn good, a good cheap sub for skoal, it had a peach taste and smell, kinda tasted like skoal vaniller killer in a way though LC Wintergreen: Exactly like Redman Wintergreen, what a waste of money( because i have redman right now)...Update no 1.

i think its ok dip for the money, better than longhorn, and stronger than skoal. no real buzz to speak of though. i picked up a can today because they were out of my regular grizz lc mint. the flavor is alright but not what im used to. also didnt pack as well. over all grizz is my fav.

Has a really weird taste i got started on this when i was in jr high because my dad used to chew it, i remember it being good back then i quit chewing until i was a junior in high school and i bought a can of this and they changed flavors or something bc it doesn't taste anything like i remember it to but i don't hate it and when i bought it nothing gave me a buzz including grizzly but this did give me a little buzz and evybody said that it was weaker than grizz but idk

Timberwolf Wintergreen is great for the price! Stays moist unlike Grizzly, longhorn etc.. which dries out your mouth. This is the stuff to dip when your at social events. This is as clean as it gets for american chew. You can practically swallow this stuff without spitting and no head rush. It's a light chew and low TSNA's. It's no Kodiak, but for budget stuff it'll do!

great dip for the price. especially the peach. But wg or mint or straight or natural, you should take grizzly because like stokers said, it turns mushy after about 15 minutes. Sent from my iPod.

Note: I feel I was too harsh in my original review of this product, so I decided to rewrite it. Timber Wolf is a decent brand of smokeless tobacco that is produced by The Pinkerton Tobacco Company. It's cheap, packs well, and smells pretty good. It comes in many different flavors including wintergreen, peach, straight, apple, cool wintergreen, mint, and natural. As with most all dips, it's available in both fine cut and long cut. While Timber Wolf is decent, I found it to be rather dry. With that said, it doesn't hold together very well. The flavor is good but doesn't last long enough. Plus, it tends to get kind of mushy after 10-15 minutes. I honesty don't think it's as good as it used to be, but I do think it's better than Longhorn or Kayak. While Timber Wolf isn't bad, I much prefer Grizzly. Grizzly is moister and has a longer-lasting flavor. It also holds together better and it costs about the same.

Timberwolf is not that bad..but it's not that great either. You definitely get what you pay for. If you actually enjoy Timberwolf my advice would be to stay away from Timberwolf Natural! It tastes like smoked dead flowers. Disgusting stuff. Don't see what the big deal is for the peach. I thought it was pretty nasty. It's okay in wintergreen and straight, but that's as far as I'd go with it.

timber wolf is terrible, falls apart and has a variety of twigs, bark, and sand. dry as can be. you get what you pay for. :P i gave it a 2 out of 5, because any dip is good dip

i just had a can of peach a day ago and if i saw these reviews i would not have bought it but i'm glad i did because it was a memorable dip it was like heaven in a dip can. i noticed it is made by Pinkerton who makes red man which i also enjoy. another thing noteworthy is to me the long cut appeared to be pretty thick which wasn't a bad thing because it seemed to pack well. i found the taste to be very good and it lasted for some while. overall i would at least recommend peach long cut to anyone.

I hate the taste of this smokeless tobacco. Every other smokeless tobacco that I've tried is better than Timber Wolf. Longhorn has a better taste.

It has its ups and downs. I just got the peach to try cuz i wantd somethin fruity but no way does it compare to skoals flavors . It gets mushy with a weak flavor . Only good thing is that it gives a head rush instead of makin me sick . Either way id go grizz mint or skoal but itll get u throu if u don. Got money and need a dip

Worst stuff, ever tastes like cleaning products were poured in it. the only reason i got it was because the ingles gas station didnt have grizzly wintergreen. the stuff was dry and wouldnt pack good at all.

Some of the worst stuff I have ever had. Last night i was at a gas station, asked if they had Grizzly winter green (what I usually dip), they didn't, and i made the mistake of getting wolf. I get to my friends house pop the can to pack it, then open the lid. The first two thing i see is that its much dryer than grizzly, and it doesn't have the smell of grizzly. This disappointing me because those two things point at how well it will pack and how good it will taste. I put the lip in, barley had to spit, and the flavor was gone in like 5 minutes. Later that night i leave my friends house and chuck the can out the window. Waste of 3 dollars because that is some terrible dip.

Timberwolf is on par with Redman moist which is slightly better. They are made buy the same company, although I find Redman to have a longer lasting flavor.

would be the best cheap dip out there if it didnt turn to much in 15 minutes. i think i speak for us all when i say that it blows trying to pack a can and get a dip and having the damn dip fall apart as soon as you try to put it in your mouth and when you do get it in there you want to spit it out because its like dipping a wet cottonball. stick to red seal

One of the better cheap dips in my opinion.  Don't like how it doesn't pack or stay together well in your mouth, but it's got a little sting to it and gives a pretty good buzz.

How the hell is this stuff rated so high? T Wolf gets a solid "blahhh" from me. Picked up a can of the straight and at best its OK. Decent taste for 15 or so minutes then the taste is gone and it falls apart. Grizzly straight stays in your lip as long as you want it and the taste lasts longer as well. Basically, buy Grizzly!

this was the first kind of dip i ever had- at the ripe old age of 12. after six years of dippin pretty much everything,  i think this shit is a waste of money that could be better spent on Grizzly. it has alot of fiberglass and the wintergreen tastes like plastic. it turns soft and mushy after bout 10 or 15 mins. dont even mess with this, just stick with grizzly if you dont wanta spend 4 or 5 dollars on a can.

I really dont know about Timber wolf. At first i th ought it was ok. The only flavor that i have had ou t of all of them that was some what decent is peach . Everything else sucked in flavor and turned into  moosh after 10 min.

T-wolf is the worst dip of all time. I bought peach a while back to compare it to skoal peach because i was low on cash but i took one pinch and spit it out. It was horrible. but i gave apple a shot yesterday just because i was low on money again and nothing changed. I left the dip in for about 2 mins and couldnt take the taste. T-wolf is horrible. Go with Grizzly or Skoal. The price is higher but way better taste.

Peach is all I have ever tried and it was decent but, the price is low and is a change from Grizzly wintergreen or mint. So if you want a can and don't have much money it can do the job.

this dip is very poor for its price; i would price it at $2 or less. the flavor is not even that strong when you put it in and has the shortest life of any dip i've tried. the buzz is moderate; i needed to add more before i felt it. it's also harsh on your lip compared to the premium dips.

The flavor doesn't last. The unique thing about Timber Wolf is the price point, not as expensive as Skoal or Kodiak but not as cheap as Grizzly or Husky, etc. I don't know why any dipper would buy it.

The peach is a bit of an oxymoron; trying to look bad while dipping peach snuff may not be your ticket to tough guy hall of fame. The peach flavor isn't that strong, and there's good juice for a few minutes, but Timberwolf is the dip equivalent of Zebra Stripe Gum--it don' last long.
