It really works! I have tight knots in my upper back around the shoulders and the TheraCane is the only thing I've found that will releive the pressure. I tried tennis balls but they were clumsy and hard to put in the exact spot needed. I think the TheraCane is definitely worth the money. Love it!

In addition to using one arm as a pivot and the other to pull/push on the cane as a lever, it's also quite easy to reach most of my trigger points - upper to mid back - by leaning backwards onto the Thera Cane while it's pinned against my seatback at the computer. In the latter case, my arms don't need to work much - only stabilize the cane as my upper body we... Read more

After reading many of the reviews, I thought I had found heaven. Having back issues, knots and you name it; I wondered why there was no product out there for self back help. I came to find out, there was; Theracane. It does work and does help. I guess the reviews were a little almighty for me, but it beats $80.00 massages every two weeks!
