LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Wash Depot. I've never seen the location - but the wash/dry services are fantastic. They're always there promptly to pickup and deliver and they folding masters. Seriously, if you want the BEST laundry service there is - CALL Wash Depot!! Yes. LOVE. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful dry cleaner and they also do alterations. Never a problem like some others. They have you name in the computer, they tell you when your items will be ready for delivery and that's it.

Absolutely a great staff and service. Excellent price they only charge .85 cents per Lb for wash and fold and free pickup perfect.

To my delight, this laundry service allowed me to regain my normal lifestyle, but more importantly, gave me more quality time for myself and my kids. My entire family loves our laundry service. The staff is friendly, professional and eager to meet my needs. Thumbs up, The Wash Depot!

I'm a busy mom. I have a full time job, 3 young girls, and a husband with a "start up" company. Our weekends used to be all about soccer games, grocery shopping and cleaning on Saturdays and 10+ loads of laundry on Sunday. There was never any quality family time at all. Then, one day, I started to search online for a maid that does laundry, I don't think they exist. I found something better, Wash Depot. Wow, how our lives have changed. No more struggling to do laundry all at once. Now we go to church, and usually spend Sundays doing fun thing with the kids! Thanks Wash Depot for making such a difference in our lives!

I have been using The Wash Depot for the past 10 months and the difference from my past cleaners is just like day and night.The quality,the presentation,the service,the professionalism is superb.The staff is knowledgable and courteous.Try them and you will not be sorry.I recommend to everybody.

I am a very busy working woman and mother and have very little time for house duties, however this company makes it easier for me to be able to spend the extra time with my family. Its a very easy process, take a variety of payments and they are always on time. They ensure to meet any requests you wish and are always efficient. I sometimes do not make it in time for my delivery, which results in having to reschedule it and a redelivery fee which I would prefer was not a policy, however sometimes you have to pay for good service and convenience. In this case you do not pay for what you get, pay low prices for great service, I'd reccommend them to anyone and everyone!

This laundry service has made my life easier since Im a busy business man and i do not have time to do my own laundry the four hour window is a bit extreme but it does work out when im not going be home early they do accomodate me.prices are reasonable and the staff has always been pleasant........i recommend this service.

Absolute robbery. And kind of scary customer service. They charged me an obscene amount of money for my clothes. If you dare use their service, weigh your laundry before hand and then confirm the weight with them. I have a back injury and am unable to carry anything heavy, which is why I used them. But I feel completely taken advantage of.

I have used The Wash Depot for more than three years and have been very happy with the service. I work for a luxury retailer that provides me with a nice wardrobe, and I trust Wash Depot to take good care of my St. John knits, Ellen Tracy, formalwear, etc. The online pickup and delivery schedule is very easy to use, and they have never missed a date.

The very first time I used this service they lost my favorite dress. When I called immediately to report it, the manager Elizabeth had me count all the items returned. Since their ticket said 18 items and I only had 17, she told me I was wrong. The ticket is right, the customer is wrong. They take no responsibility for the lost item. It is basically my tough luck. Most infuriating, though, was how Elizabeth simply kept insisting that I was wrong.

I will admit, I looked into this service because I am the epitome of laziness. I could walk two blocks down and get my clothes washed where I know every thing would be fine. I wanted to try Wash Depot for some time. I was pretty pleased with the clothes folding and packing style. I placed the order online, the pick-up went smoothly (2 bags of laundry, 1 comforter) and yes the driver had checked off "to include tip". Hitch one, some how when they ran my credit card they ran the wrong numbers so it was declined. Got that all figured out. Smooth sailing for 24 hours... then it's delivered. I signed the paper - but I noticed that I only got one bag and the comforter back. I asked the driver and he said it was put all in one bag. (which is fine, it's happened to me when I do my own laundry). After I get through putting my clothes away - I have a complete empty t-shirt drawer (which includes 3 work shirts that cost $40 a pop) and am missing a sweater. As for these negative reviews we try our best to accomodate and service every customer to their satisfaction. Unfortunately not everyone will be satisfied. as the manager of this company for 13 years we are sure to train our employees appropriately to be polite and helpful regarding any issues or concerns a customer can have if they cannot answer a customer they will let me know and I will personally get intouch with the customer to answer any and all questions they might have.We are sure our staff is not rude or disrespectful . This we are sure of because all of our calls are recorded and supervised . We service several Institutions and Businesses in Brooklyn and Manhattan. I have a very large family and it was very difficult to get to a laundromat to do laundry since I work and go to school. My husband and I are extremely busy a friend recommened this service to us and I will gladely say that I am totally satisfied. My childrens clothes are immaculately washed and folded . The four hour window is a bit drastic but the service does make up for it . I have called to let them know that I would recommend them to anyone. They have been polite and if I have any questions they will answer to my satisfaction. I am considering giving it as a christmas gift to my sister. Thanks again... Faithful customer.

Having lived in Brooklyn for only two and a half years, I have yet to find many good laundromats to use. However, this one was an unexpected find for me. The quality with which my clothes were cared for would, in my opinion, easily be able to be compared to a laundromat in the rich part of Manhattan. The employees are courteous, and they are very efficient in their jobs. I have had a few problems, though, but they have been easily resolved after contacting the manager, who is fairly easy to get a hold of. The prices are pretty good, and I feel that I get my money's worth. Despite what some of these other "reviews" have said, the Wash Depot is a great service and is worth your money.

The Wash Depot's delivery service is the absolute worse. I tried really hard to give this company a chance because they're the only laundry service that delivers in my area but I just cannot use them again. They have a four hour delivery window and over the course of a year using this service the delivery/pick-up was late over the half of the time and occassionally never arrived at all. The persons who answer the phone are universally rude and dismissive. I will not use them again.

The time window is from 6AM - 10AM. Too long of a time frame for delivery or pickup. Pretty good service; clothes are always clean and I like the folding.

i used this service before and i didn't like how my clothes look after that i only used sudz&bubblez all the time now they took the clothes and the color was looking great i would refer that service to anyone good people handle me and my clothes with great respect there number is 718 678 3427 any one wanna a better service than the wash depot

I AM LIVID!!!!! I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SERVICE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND WAS QUITE PLEASED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND SERVICE.NOTICE I SAID WAS!! Beware of reviews. If you notice, a lot of the "highly recommend" reviews were written in 1 day, or days from each other. The usernames say, "wash" "service" "delivery" and "laundry." If you click on these usernames, they have only left 1 comment: for this company. It's terrible that Wash Depot will make up reviews to boost their citysearch profile. That being said, I have mixed feelings about their service. My laundry was returned wrinkled and not folded all that nicely. They do make sure to keep you up to date re: your laundry: calling at pick up, calling after pick up, calling before delivery... almost too much.

At first I was pleased with the service. I used Wash Depot about 4 times. However, I sent them a huge bag of my cloths and only half of them were returned. When I called to inform them, the woman Elizabeth, who answers the phone, denied that they had them, refused to help me and refused to give me her boss's name. I am very disappointed and upset about the lost of my items, and I probably would have felt a little better about the situation if they were a little more helpful.

I've been looking for a new place to get my laundry done and have called about 50 places from City Search. Wash Despot is by far the most expensive. It's a $25 minimum no matter how much laundry you have. I never have more than 20 pounds which works out to $1.25/lb. The "free" delivery is built into the pricing structure and they charge more than most when it comes to wash and press shirts. I haven't tried them yet, and I'm glad that I won't be.

I moved from Manhattan in to Brooklyn and was looking for someone to service my laundry like they did in Manhattan and I have found The Wash Depot laundromat there service is spectacular. I am one satisfied customer.

I go here when I have big stuff to wash: comforters, blankets, sleeping bags. The place is immaculate and constantly maintained. An employee is always on the premises which really helps. Clean, Plenty of Machines, Supervised

The Wash Depot Laundromat is a bright, clean, cheerful and professionally run laundromat. the staff is extaordinarily helpful. the service is as dependable as you could hope for. the owner is always accommodating....and you always feel very safe because there is always competent staff on duty.

Their machines are top of the line, and always available and reliable. As for the times that I haven't had the time to do my laundry myself, I have had an excellent experience with their drop off service. From dry cleaning, to tailoring, to drop off, the Wash Depot Laundromat does it all. The owner as well as his staff, are both friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going to the Wash Depot Laundromat for 5 years and I not only highly reccomend it, I refuse to go anywhere else.

The service is awesome! The clothes look like they came from a store. I scheduled a pickup in the morning and got my clothes back the next day. They do not charge anything extra for separation of clothes or pickup/delivery. My wife cannot believe how good the clothes smell. I would definately recommend them.

I am a high level executive who wears a suit and tie every day. I looked online for a cleaning service that delivered for two reasons - I was never able to make it to my local store because of my hours, but more importantly, my local store ruined one too many expensive shirts. The Wash Depot Laundromat not only gives me valuable extra time by saving me a trip to the cleaners, but they also provide excellent quality. I am very particular about how my shirts get pressed, especially the collars and cuffs - and The Wash Depot has consistently provided the level of quality that I expect. I will not trust my clothes to anyone else.

I highly recommend this Laundromat for either doing your own laundry or having them do the laundry for you. You can drop your laundry off anytime during the day and have it ready the next day, washed, dry and folded for your convenience, for a very reasonable price, their prices are by pound. The place is very clean; the staff is very nice and helpful.

The Wash Depot Laundromat is the best personal service in Brooklyn NY, period. Its a service like no other. Very caring and they listen. You fall in love with the whole service...

The driver was 40 minutes late and the woman on the phone did not understand English. After reading the other reviews on citysearch, I was horrified and quickly called and cancelled. Ugh!

I have a totally different looking closet since I signed you up. I have neat folded clothes at all time. My closet used to be a mess. I have been complemented for the change. Its very affordable and worth it...."Sarah P.

First time we used this laundry service, it was a little expensive but the clothes came back clean. The second time, we sent in HALF of the laundry of the first time and the price was nearly DOUBLE! Then they told us that the pressed shirts would have to be delivered at a later date. When the shirts finally got delivered, they charged us again! We're now in the process of trying to get some of our money back (doesn't look good). If I can give any advise here...it is to STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this laundry service...and weigh your laundry before it gets picked up.

THE FIRST AND ONLY TIME I USED THE WASH DEPOT LAUNDRY SERVICE: They were thirty minutes late picking up my clothes and one hour late dropping them off. When I finally received my laundry a sweater was missing. I called them. No one could help me except a manager who would have to call me back the next day. That never happened, so I had to call again. Luckily the manager was on duty and she said she would look into it and get back to me. A week went by without a response, so I decided to write an email. They finaly responded, and told me they questioned the person in charge of my order, but repeatedly denied ever receiving the sweater, but would reluctantly refund the $25 cost of service, NOT the sweater. This would, however, take a week because they were busy. It's been over a week and they have yet to keep their promise. Two out of the three times I used Wash Depot, the driver arrived more than 2 hours late to pick up my laundry. On one of those occasions, the manager promised me a rush job to make up for the late pick-up, but when the driver came to pick up my clothes, he told me there was no way I'd be able to get them back at the new delivery time I'd scheduled and confirmed. When I tried to re-confirm with the manager, she refused to call me back. Please don't take your business here - you'll be disappointed.

Late pickup, promise to dropoff and never shows up, unreliable phone customer service reps. Avoid. Your local dry cleaner may be a bit more expensive, but is no doubt more trustworthy.
