I'd been in grad school for for several years, and had never eaten at The Summit. I just went there today because I got a free lunch to take a prospective student to lunch. The place is a bit on the pricey side for lunch fare (Sandwich and fries are in the $8.00-$9.00 range), but what I ordered was quite good. I'm not normally a fan of seafood at all, but for religious reasons (Today is Good Friday, Catholics aren't supposed to eat meat on Fridays in Lent, and are supposed to fast on Good Friday. Fasting just means one full meal and two other small meals that shouldn't add up to another full meal.) I ordered the grilled ahi sandwich, which is sesame seed crusted, seared tuna with a sweet Thai chili sauce. It was probably too good of a meal for Good Friday. Looks like I'll probably be eating a cheese sandwich for dinner.
