Sun Oct 05 2008In Short Whimsical antiques and decorative items--velvet armchairs, vintage-looking fringed lamps and booths made from iron bedsteads--fill the dining room. The OSF Classics menu offers spaghetti with a choice of mushroom sauce, rich meat sauce, browned butter and feta-like mizithra cheese sauce, and more. Other popular favorites are the baked lasagna--layers of noodles, tomato sauce and four kinds of cheese--and the fettuccine Alfredo. Meals include a green salad, fresh-baked bread and ice cream.

Sat Sep 27 2008My hubby and I were very excited to go to Old Spaghetti Factory after hearing from so many people that it was great. We were greatly disappointed. The service.... When we were seated, there was no silverware on our table. Our server brought us our salads and left. How does a server bring salads, put them on a table the size of my lap, and not notice we have no silverware?! My hubby and I sat there waiting for our server to come back to check on us, but he never did until he brought out our entrees. So even though we were hungry, we couldn't eat the salads in front of us since we had no silverware. We needed some more bread about halfway through our meal and we asked our server for some. It took him so long to bring more out that we only had a couple bites of dinner left once we did receive it. I can understand if the kitchen is out of bread and is making more, but come back and tell me that, don't just leave me hanging! The food... I ordered the baked chicken. The chicken ... Read more

Fri Jul 11 2008I have been to MANY italian restaurants in the PHX, Chandler, Mesa area and I was terribly disappointed in the food. The staff was wonderful, the trolly car was an awesome touch, the whole "look" was great. Just don't go for the food! We ordered 4 different dished and neither were and good. I had many positive reviews from friends, but being a huge pasta fan, this is NOT the place to go!!

Fri Dec 09 2005Who is crazy enough not to love this restaurant? ^^ Good food, good feelings...oops, that's the Village Inne slogan. Anywho. It's easily affordable and it's a good place to just sit and chat. Sitting in the cable car is fun. It's also a good place for birthdays - I celebrated mine there this year.

Sun Aug 08 2004After graduating from the University of Phoenix Online, my father and I wanted Italian. On our way back to our hotel, we happened upon this place and what a jackpot! The food was delicious! The atmosphere is awesome and unique and the service was great! There was so much food that I was thankful we had a refrigerator and microwave in our hotel room. I just wish you had a location in Chicago!

Wed Nov 05 2003There was never an Old Spagetti Factory in Chander... she was reviewing Mike Pulos Spagetti Factory which is rightfully now out of business (it stank). The Old Spagetti Factory, however, is great. You get huge portions, and salad, dessert, and coffee or tea is included in the price. There is always a long wait, however, there is a movie room and lots of games to keep the kids entertained. This is a favorite spot for our family.

Wed Dec 18 2002The service was fast & very friendly. The food was very scrumptous. I was very delicious. My friend & I were disheartened to hear that this there last week as the Old Spaghetti Factory, the owner is gonna turn into country type resturant where they will serve breakfast & lunch. According our waitress she said they have lost business since they built the new Chandler mall. But the one on Central in open. I would highly reccomend it!!
