The Newton Group goes beyond the 5 Star rating I have given them! When I started working for The Newton Group, I had been laid off from my previous work from home employer of 5 years due to economic reasons. I searched for employment from other work from home opportunities that would allow me to continue to live in the rural community I have made my home. I am truly blessed to be part of the team! I have been amazed at the amount of encouragement, strength and compassion that is felt on a daily basis, not only from the Management team, but the entire Elite Sales Team at TNG! Even though I work from home, I feel like I AM part of the team with our ongoing training calls, daily chatrooms and conference calls! I love the honest integrity that goes into this company and that's what makes us Elite!!!!

I would like to tell you why I have had an enjoyable experience since being hired on with The Newton Group: The application process was very intense; but it did cover key topics that would be useful to verify before hiring someone on the team. I thought it was wonderful that they verify that when we call someone that they can hear us clearly and that our equipment is quality. The software system that was designed for our use is state of the art. And when there has been a need to update it, it is done. I like using a system that works and allows you to integrate changes as they become needed. The management are not only professional but they are "real life people" with whom you can relate. They do a great job and are very positive in their approach to all the team members. I love that we have a group-wide conference call to update everyone personally. I came to the Newton Group after spending almost 5 years in the financial world of Corporate America and being thought of nothing more than another serial numbered associate. The Newton Group has showed me in these 3 months of my employment that this is more than a job, this is a family. I had been looking for over a year for a job I could do at home, had even considered opening a home daycare so I could spend my time with my 1 1/2 old daughter, then a friend referred me to the Newton Group. In August of 2005, I moved from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Bay St Louis, MS, only 13 days before Hurricane Katrina hit us. One never knows when your life can change in 24 hours (or in a minute). We had 27 feet high water, which destroyed our house and all that was in it. I evacuated with my cats to a safe location. Loosing material things is only Stuff, which one can get back. Picking up the pieces after a disaster is the difficult part. I know this experience firsthand. They say, Timing is Everything; and that is important, however I believe Faith is Everything!
