After collecting several quotes from different movers ultimately I selected The Moving Experts. I was little hesitant about my entire move as I heard different scary stories about movers. After speaking with their rep, I felt much better. She estimated my moving cost and explained on how crucial it is to give the movers the right information. When all the other companies were telling me “don’t worry we will take care of you”, she was making sure to explain on how I can save and avoid packing charges, she was very adamant about me calling few days before my move with updated list and box count so I will not have any surprises down the road. The movers were very nice people as well, they were extremely patient with me. Their wrapping of my furniture was very professional and they were very thorough. I was contacted by over a dozen movers and my head was about to spin. One of these companies was Dayna from The Moving Experts. She took the time out to explain all associated costs and gave me a flat rate for my move. More importantly on the morning of my move the foreman walked me through the process and everything went as Dayna originally explained. No surprises. I was delivered within a few days with nothing broken and they set up my entire apartment. Thanks Dayna and thanks The Moving Experts you have a new fan!

I Would use The Moving Experts again. I decided to use this company based on the reviews i read on this site and was not disappointed with the service i received. The movers showed up in my house on time and called 30 minutes prior to their arrival - just as i was promised by the yang lady that called to confirm the pick up time day before. I had to sign all the moving documents and at the time i was informed about a slight change in the price, caused mainly by me under estimating number of boxes and plastic tubs that i needed to move. After all this formality, the movers start wrapping my furniture with moving pads and loading it on the truck. Great job by your guys. It’s not easy to move in the rain, but it didn’t matter to them. They arrived at my new location on time, and put everything where I requested. It was a real pleasure to deal with your company.

I had an awesome experience with this company. My friend initially recommended them, she said that she did not have any issues in her last move to New York. My move was smooth, everyone, including the movers were timely, professional, fast and efficient.

Going with The Moving Experts resulted in the WORST moving experience of my life! And I have moved a lot. The problems started with the fact that the sales rep clearly would say whatever he thought I wanted to hear in order for me to go with them. When I mentioned my hesitation with going with a broker he told me my move would be done by their guys coming from Chicago. Part of our arrangement was that they were going to be storing my items at their facility, which he informed me would be in Denver. I also had to give a 3 day window (Friday-Sunday) for the move, but he said they'd arrive on my preferred day, Saturday. And don't get me started on the miscommunication about the cost of the move! I was told that my inventory list was below the minimum amount, so as long as I didn't add anything huge like a bed, the quoted price wouldn't change. After narrowing my choices down to two moving companies I chose The Moving Experts, Inc. for my move from Iowa to Washington. Both in Iowa and in Washington the movers who arrived were very professional and thorough. I was very pleased with the entire process, The Moving Experts, Inc. runs an excellent operation.

The movers showed up on time, they were fast & competent with moivng my heaving load it. they were very kind and helpful with putting stuff together and organizing my belongins in the right rooms. Highly rocommend them.
