Weather it is or not, there are some damning pics and evidence that would definitely question it! The truth we will never know, as this is very well planted in history all over the world!

The various conspiracy theories about this are thorough crocks of shite. Besides the fact that a conspiracy would have had to involve thousands of people, with the resultant improbability that at least one wouldn't have blown the whistle, every single "proof" of the faked moon landings has been debunked. Every. Single. One.

Alot of conspiracy stuff has come to light in recent years. Hell, we even know who Deep Thoat was now. Still, nobody has stepped forward about the moon landing being staged, and with all the players involved you would think someone would have said something.

Today is the 40th Anniversary of Apollo 11's landing on the Moon. It was indeed a momentous occasion for humankind--the first occasion that we stepped on another terrestrial body outside of Earth. Yet after nearly 36 years, we have yet to make another return trip to the Moon. In fact, our space program will likely begin to outsource space flight to other countries, as we transition out of the space shuttle beginning next year. There seems to be a sizable minority who believe that the moonlanding's were somehow staged to make it appear like we did indeed travel to the moon, when in truth we didn't. They argue The whole thing was staged to in essence to beat the Soviets to the punch. In such situations, I always say, apply "Occam's Razor"--the easiest or shortest, least complicated answer is usually the correct one. In this case, it would have likely been too complicated to ever pull off such a fraud without getting caught. Too many people were involved in the Apollo missions to... Read more

Neil Armstrong said that it would be harder to have pulled off the conspiracy than it would have been to go to the moon. At least the guy who said that "looked" like Neil Armstrong.....

Nahhh...it was the real deal. If it hadn't been you can be sure that SOMEONE would have outed NASA by now.

Today, the 40th anniversary of the first moon landing, marks the date of the 127th US moonwalk. For anyone interested, wikipedia has a consolidated list of all the moonwalks accomplished internationally through 1999.

There has been a lot of compelling arguments against the moon landing, but my theory is this: Russia was our main competition in the space race at the time. We were spying on each other and listening in on each others communications. If we did not make it to the moon then Russia would have known about it and dropped the dime on us so fast we wouldn't have known what hit us.

I almost think about that now. I mean really they went there. I guess they did.

Abichara makes a subtle, but impactful point when he mentions that the first landing was on this date, in 1969. He goes on to state that there hasn't been another since 1972. In fact, 12 astronauts have walked on the Moon. That's not once...not twice...but this event has been duplicated five times: July 20, 1969: Neil Armstrong (NASA) and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin (Air Force) Nov. 19, 1969: Charles (Pete) Conrad (Navy) and Alan Bean (Navy) Feb. 5, 1971: Alan Shepard (Navy) and Edgar Mitchell (Navy) July 30, 1971: James Irwin (Air Force) and David Scott (Air Force) Apr. 21-23, 1972: Charles Duke (Air Force) and John Young (Navy) Dec. 11-13, 1972: Harrison Schmitt (NASA) and Eugene Cernan (Navy)
