I've been to countless dentists, and I've disliked them all. Then I went to Dr. Chiou, and what a difference! He was friendly, patient. I never felt rushed, he thoroughly explained everything and gave me opportunities to ask questions. I'd recommend him to anyone who is scared of going to the dentist!

I took my 3 year old daughter here for her first dentist appt - she saw the pediatric dentist. The entire experience was wonderful. The dentist was running on time, the waiting room was clean, comfortable, there were books for the kids to read. The dentist was wonderful w/my daughter and she actually had fun! I was nervous that it could be a disaster but she ended up enjoying it. There is a tv w/cartoons for the child to watch while getting the check up/cleaning. The dentist and the assistant both talked to my daughter, made her laugh, put her at ease. I could tell she was not nervous or uncomfortable. They told her what they were doing, let her touch the instruments, smell the bubblegum polish paste... etc. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the pediatric dentist at Exchange Dental.

The reviews are true (thankfully). My experience at this office was good enough to make me want to write my first review on Citysearch and Yelp to help others out in finding not only a decent, but also a good dentist. Jo (hygienest) was exceptionally gentle during the cleaning as well as thoughtful in making sure I was comfortable and informed during the process. Dr. Brendon was really nice! Did all the right things - introduced himself, asked lots of questions, went over the digital films of my x-rays, answered lots of my questions and wrapped up by making sure I was satisfied with the service. Very smart of him. Everybody at the office seemed helpful and thoughtful, including the reception staff. Kudos to this organization for being so professional and nice and making a dental visit actually pleasant - even enjoyable. Just got back from my first appt. with Dr. Chiou and it was great. He is really nice and friendly. He took me through all of my x-rays and explained everything and made sure I didn't leave with any questions unanswered. He is very good at what he does. I highly recommend him!

I've been working in the downtown Wall St. area for over 37 years. During that time, I've seen many individuals come and go and, through all of the hiring and firing, I have aquired what I'd like to think is a keen eye for that rare person who is exceptional. That person who you know is going to just move by everyone else, build him or herself an empire, and simply succeed. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet someone of this caliber only it was at the most unexpected of places; it happened at my dental office. Within minutes, it becomes quite apparent that Dr. Chiou loves being a Dentist. He gladly dives into in depth descriptions of invasive bacterias, xrayed anatomical structures, proper hygiene techniques and analysis of the most recent advancements in dental technology. Dr. Divya Bhargava was recommended by a friend. I had a bad toothache and I was extremely scared of the dentist unitl I saw Dr. Bhargava. She explains everything thoroughly and has a gentle touch. Best dentist I've seen so far.

Went there originally because they they take my insurance. Checked out some reviews before my appointment. They're right, Dr. Brendon Chiou's the best! Great place, great treatment. go there.

Am scared to death of the dentist. My collegues recommended that I go to Dr. Chiou. He is the best. Made me feel very comfortable even though I had a fair amount of work that needed to be done. Took his time to explain and answer all of my questions. changed out some of my metal fillings and the new white replacements look amazing. could'nt even tell which teeth he had worked on. Have since sent many of my friends and coworkers and all have had similar experiences. Highly recommend going to the exchange dental.
