This has been the best company i have used for credit repair. I have used other companies in the past, some much more expensive, and got nothing out of them. I have worked with this company for the last 8 months and have gotten very good results. They are better than average in communicating with you. I would tell anyone to give them a try before you spend thousands on other services that dont work like i did. No real compaints so far, but will update as time goes on.

Overall I am happy with the service. The price is good and people seem friendly. The girl I deal with seems to really know what is going on and explains alot to me. I was double charged one month, but they refunded my credit card the same day. Still waiting to see first updated credit report.

Had three judgements and a tax lien. all were removed in 4 months. Easy to talk to people make the experience easy going and worry free. Great company! Thanks!!!!!!!!

I was a little skeptical when talking to the sales guy, as he could not "guarantee" any results. I thought this was odd, as other places I spoke to really guaranteed everything! i waited a couple days and did some research. I found out it is actually ILLEGAL for any company to gurantee any kind of result. After I found this out I called them back as I now felt like they were the only truthful ones. The prices were very reasonable being that some places wanted to charge me $2500 up front. I finally got my first updated credit report and I had a total of 13 bad accounts removed including 2 judgements, and 6 accounts updated to be in a "current". Not sure how they do it, but its AMAZING! I still have 4 accounts that need to be removed, but not bad for less than 45 days! Definately reccomended!!!! A++++

Overall experience has been good so far. Have used them for 6 months now with awesome results. Nothing bad to say about this company. They are friendly and understanding of my situation. No pushy sales people or shady business. Very Happy so far.

Just a great experience so far. They are by far the most friendly people you can deal with. I found their ad on craigslist, and was skeptical. Once I went to their website, I realized they were for real. Very professional and knowledgable. The credit repair process they use seems to make sense to me and since I needed alot of work and wanted to monitor my credit report, I chose the most expensive platinum package. The guy was not pushy about buying the highest price one, but laid out the facts for each one. You can opt a package for around $30 as well. After the first round of disputes,7 of the 14 items ame off quickly. They next set knocked a couple more off, including a judgement for $8400!. They are still workin gon it, but the money I have spent so far has been more than worth it. I am very satisfied and can't wait for the rest of the stuff to come off. Good, honest reliable company!

After hearing all the horror stories about credit repair, I was skeptical about it. I was referred to this company by a friend. All that worrying was for nothing. The first conversation with this the representative had me feeling good. They were very understanding and not sales pressuring like some other companies I talked to. The offered me the package that they thought would be the best for my situation, which was not the most expensive they offered, again which all the other companies pushed me to get the most expensive service they offered. The prices were reasonable, I paid less than $30 per month. The results were good and they were in constant communication with me which kept me up to date. They did exactly what they said they would do, and did not create any false hopes. It was a pleasure working with them and I hope that I never have credit issues again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call them back. Thanks!

Overall service was very good. Since they are not a huge company such as lexington law or some of the other big ones, they were able to offer a more personalized experience. They were very good at answering all my questions and making sure I understood the process. I purchased their diamond package and they were able to get 2 judgements taken off my credit report. This raised my score 94 points. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Having been in a bad spot with my credit report and not knowingwhat to do, i decided to contact a credit repair agency. I contacted a few and felt hopless. they seemed to just want my money and not care about what i wanted. i was then recommended a place by a coworker that he had used with great results. the bernstein firm llc felt good from the beginning. they were personable and explained everything up front in detail. she told me it would take some time and that results were not overnight, which lexington law would not answer me directly. they were even affordable. they did all the work, and all i did was pretty much sign off the paperwork. within 7 months, they raised my credit score from 501 to a 657. they even gave me tips to improve my score with my balances and stuff.
