I found Teresa on this site and had to check her out! She is just as great as the reviews let on...maybe better! She gave me beautiful highlights and a nice cut for a very reasonable price. Best part is that she offers snacks and beverages to her clients and makes you feel so comfortable!

I have been seeing Teresa for about 2 years now and I will never go to anyone else. She listens to what you want, talks you out of bad decisions and really gets to know your limitations and "hair personality" (as she puts it). Everytime I go in she has an idea to make a slight change if I am game, if not she does exactly what I request. Best of all, she offers free bang trims to her returning clients. I love that...keeps me from cutting them myself! Her prices are the cheapest I've found for her quality of work. I seriously don't think she charges enough for how great she is! You won't be disappointed!

Teresa is one of those girls that within 10 seconds of meeting, you just want to be her best friend. She is so full of life and funny stories...she will keep you entertained and laughing the whole time you are there. I usually don't like to get my hair done because I hate to sit and be bored, and also because my hair appts usually take hours. With Teresa I didn't feel that way. The time literally flew by and she was quicker than my old girl. She's also awesome because she offers her clients yummy drinks and snacks and has funny little books to read if you don't feel like talking! I also thought it was cool that she offers her clients 10 dollars off their next service for each new client they send her. Little deals like that are nice in these times! I could go on and on about her personality...but her hairstyling is amazing. She is very affordable and very good at what she does. She gave me beautiful high and low lights and a new cut and style. I had been going to an extremely expensive and VERY well known salon since 6th grade. But my stylist moved back to Norcal and I was stranded without someone to do my hair. I am very particular about my hair products and who I let do my hair,; so I was really skeptical when I went in to see Teresa. I have long, blonde hair and that can sometimes be a lot of work. But Teresa did a fantastic job!! I am always happy whenever I leave! Not only does she make my hair look amazing she charges a very reasonable price. I am always laughing whenever I leave and have felt comfortable in there since my first visit. Thank you Teresa! You wont ever feel the need to cheat on your hairdresser again because you wont want to get your hair cut anywhere else. She actually listens to what you want, and gives great advice!

I have never had a steady hairstylist until teresa - she has done my hair for over a year now and i have LOVED it everytime!! whether I am going dark, short, or back to blonde i've loved it everytime! i would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I LOVE Teresa. I have always wandered from salon to salon searching for someone who had an excellent understanding in modern hair trends, excellent customer service, and a genuine kind persona. She is all and more. My hair always receives complements thanks to her. If you care about the way you look and want a sincere opinion on hair then she is your girl. I've gone to Teresa for years. She's a great person and an amazingly talented stylist! She knows hair and how to make it look good. I am extremely picky about my hair and wouldn't go to someone that doesn't do a great job! If you want your hair to look great with the care of a highly talented expert, then Teresa's your girl!!

I now live in Orange County and I STILL drive down to San Diego to have Teresa do my hair!! She did my hair for almost 3 years before I moved and I am so afraid to have anyone else touch my hair! She is EXACTLY what I look for in a hair stylist and does a perfect job on my hair. I have dark brown hair that I keep pretty blonde and she is able to get it that perfect shade without ever being brassy...And most important when I finally decided to take the step and put low lights in, she executed perfectly. She is a friend thatI love seeing and makes it so easy to see because I can tell her if I am pressed for time or if I feel like hanging out for a while and she works accordingly. Easy to work with and completely confidence I think are what you look for in a stylist/colorist and she is exactly that. A big thing I avoid when I get my hair down is stuck up salons and Teresea could not be further from that!! I heart my hair!!

I love Teresa. I love her location. I love her office/station. I love the cut. I love the color. What's not to love? I have been to her once but I know that I will be coming back to her from here on out. I have long blonde hair. I'm pretty picky about the color of my hair and she did a great job. The color is nice and vibrant. She also did a great cut. You can tell she uses good scissors. She does free baings which is great because I always ended up trying to trim it myself but now I don't have to! She's very personable and easy to talk to. In fact, the time flew by because we couldn't stop talking! Her "office" is really cool. There are about 30 other beauty stations there and she's decorated hers really cute. Basically, she's the best!

I heard about Teresa through a friend of a friend who always got her hair done with Teresa. My friends hair always looked great so I got Teresa's information and made an appointment. Right when I got to my appointment I knew getting my hair done w/ her was a good decision. She was very nice. I let her know what I wanted to get done and she gave me some suggestions as well. I got some highlights and a really cute layered cut. I absolutely LOVED it! I have been getting my hair done with Teresa ever since. She is very professional and keeps a very clean studio. It's always a great experience and I have recommended her to many of my friends who also are happy with the results they get.

I wanted to get my hair colored and was tired of doing it myself so I searched on here for stylists and when I saw all the positive reviews on Teresa I wanted to give her a try. I am SO glad I did! I found Teresa to be an absolute doll. Not only is she amazing at her profession but she has a fantastic personality and makes you feel very comfortable from the minute you walk in until you walk out.... looking beautiful I might add! Once I met her I decided I want to have my hair cut as well (I didn't make an appointment for a haircut at the same time as my coloring because honestly I am so picky about my hair I have a hard time trusting someone to cut it) but after talking with Teresa I immediately knew I could trust her. I am very skeptical about who does my hair so I researched and read a ton of reviews and found Teresa. She is absolutely amazing! Shes young and knows what shes doing and did an excellent job on not only cutting my hair to the style I desired, but coloring it profoundly as well. Shes great at what she does and is also super friendly making the time spent with her fun. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I recently moved to San Diego and like a lot of people, I was worried about finding a hair stylist who is affordable, talented, and friendly. After reading all of the positive reviews, I called Teresa for an appointment. She is absolutely fantastic. The first time I met her, she was very personable and friendly. It was like catching up with a friend you haven't seen for awhile. She works around your schedule and makes you feel like you have the best hair :) It's nice to have a stylist that really listens to what you want and also makes suggestions when you want something different done to your hair. She knows how everyone is trying to save money where they can now, so she is very affordable. I recently went back for highlights and a cut and once again, she did an amazing job. After living here a year I finally found my stylist. I tried teresa after seeing all her wonderful reviews here and i was not let down. The student discount 20% was fantastic. Gave me a great cut and style. And unlike most places I have been too here she didnt charge me an additional fee for flat ironing my hair like some salons!

I read the reviews about Teresa and decided to give her a call. I have tried many other stylists and most are egotistical. Not Teresa. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. Although she is very talented, she is not a snob. I left with beautiful highlights and lowlights. Her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her!!!!

I just saw Teresa a few weeks ago for a half head of keratin extensions and I am so happy with my hair!! The extensions are great quality and Teresa worked very quickly. Best of all, she cut the extensions to blend with my previous haircut and she is very affordable. I used to pay around $700 for the same thing and Teresa only charged me $400!! I went back to Teresa this week for a highlight and cut and she checked on my extensions for me and gave me a few pointers on how to better care for them! She really goes above and beyond my expectations and takes the time to answer any questions and educate me on my hair. I really like that about her! Highly recommended!

Not only does she do amazing blonde highlights and haircuts, but she preserved the quality of my hair and gave me a few tips to repair and keep it healthy! I am a full time mother of 3 and the only day that I can go to the salon she doesn't work, but she made an exception for me for our first appointment! I thought that was so cool and very accomodating, since my husband is only home the 2 days that she has off (sunday and monday). I'm not sure that she will do that for everyone, or if she'll be very pleased with me for letting you all know, but if you explain your situation she will work hard to accomodate you. I just love this salon so much. It is located inside of an office building on the first floor and every stylist has their own room. Teresa shares her room with a gentleman who also works in LA and the two of them are a comic routine for sure! I love the way she did my hair and she styled it so well so that I felt beautiful when I left! She even suggested extensions for me and I went back a few days later and she put them in and cut/styled them also! I love my new look and I love her! Two thumbs up!!

I was looking for a good hair salon, knowing how picky I am with my hair, and I didn't want to go somewhere where they would mess up my hair or I would leave feeling unhappy. Then I visited citysearch and read her reviews, which were all really good, so I decided to give Teresa a call. I was scared at first because it was my first time getting my hair professionally done in a salon, but it was a great experience! I got highlights and lowlights( three colors) and she even gave me a trim for free! She is very personable and fun to talk to making your visit even more welcoming. And most of all, very affordable! I'm 17 and I only have a part-time job so paying such a cheap price for a great job on my hair was very convenient PLUS a student discount. I have been going to Teresa since she first moved here about 2 years ago. In that time, she has completely transformed my hair into a work of art!! She has a great creative eye and is always recommending new things for me like highlights and new layers, etc. I love that every time I go there she reinvents me!! I sent 2 of my girlfriends to her and my husband and they all love her too!! If you haven?t tried her yet, do it!! She is the best kept secret of San Diego! I found Teresa at her old salon in Kensington last year and I have been very happy with her work. I had dry, "over processed," and damaged blond hilites when I came to her and she got me on the path to healthy blond hair that I have today. She even recommended vitamins to improve the quality of my hair and to get it to grow faster! She's funny, amazing, and best of all, she won't rip you off like some salons in this area will. When I moved down to San Diego one of my many worries was finding the right hair stylist. You never know what you're gonna get when you're trying someone out for the first time. I got lucky with Teresa, not only does she give you a good haircut she is super friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. She is also very professional and accomodating to her clients needs. I love my hair, and for me a great hair cut gives me better confidence and thanks to Teresa I have that. Yeah, I said it! AFFORDABLE EXTENSIONS!! I was quoted by 3 other stylists to get the individual bonded extensions (like great lengths) for anywhere between $700-$1000 for my whole head and Teresa did them for just $375. That included blending the extensions to my own hair!! I honestly could not believe it! She uses really high quality hair too! I have never been so happy or excited! I only have to go in 2 to 3 times a year to get them filled too! I absolutely love that I found her! Go to her now! Consultations are free and only take a few minutes!

I found Teresa on here last week and decided to give her a try. I'm a guy and I was a little worried going to an actual "stylist" instead of going to a barbershop....I was worried that it would make me girly or something! But she is great! She made me feel really comfortable and talked sports with me. Her men's cuts are only $25 which is cheaper than most barbershops and it includes a 15 minute scalp massage and tea tree treatment that made my scalp all tingly. I almost fell asleep! The salon is cool, she has her own room right by the side door so it's easy to get to and you don't have to deal with a bunch of other stylists and women running around. I urge all men to go to teresa. She is fast, inexpensive, entertaining, and very talented!

I went to Teresa for a color correction from a home job gone bad and she made my hair beautiful again. She listened to what I wanted and got me in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be seeing her again in a few weeks for a touchup!

Teresa is very attentive and listens to exactly what you want. I have never left unhappy or uncertain about the way I look. She has always done exactly what I ask and my hair never looks less then amazing! Not only does she do a great job but she is very knowlegable and always has great advice. Teresa has given me the best service at the most reasonable prices and I highly recommend her.

I had the most HORRIBLE haircut and thought that nothing and no one could fix it, until I went to Teresa! Not only does she walk into any situation with a positive attitude, but she has the skill and talent to back up all of her ideas. She is a great listener and really strives and succeeds in understanding her clients wants and needs. i love teresa! she gave me highlights and lowlights and a great cut when i came to her with orange hair!!! she can fix anything and make it great! i will be going to her from now on. she is fun and talkative and really creates a relaxing but fun atmosphere for her clients! i highly recommend her!

i am a student at sdsu and like most of my friends, money is tight. what i love the most about teresa is that she gives students a 20% discount on top of her already low prices. for a full highlight and cut (includes styling!) it was $95 but then she took 20% off of that so it was like $77. such a value and her work is incredible. i'm in a sorority and i sent all my sisters to her and everyone is happy and can actually afford to go back on time and not months after they are due for a touchup!!

teresa is by far the best stylist in san diego. she just moved here from the super trendy san francisco and has brought her style to mission valley! after many bad experiences with other stylists, it was such a relief to go to her and be relaxed, and leave looking and feeling great. and her prices are way cheap, she even gives you three cards when you leave, and tells you to hand out two to friends, keep one for yourself and if you refer those two people, she will do one haircut for half price!! i love that i can afford her! i got highlights, lowlights, and a haircut for $110.00 when i used to pay around $200 or more at other salons! call her now!

I went to Salon Kensington for a highlight and cut and my stylist was Teresa Piazza. She took time to make sure everything was right and doesn't rush. She devotes her time to the client she is with at the time entirely. This is the second time she has done my hair and both times it has turned out exactly how I wanted it. I am a previous client at Robert Cromeans and have paid twice as much for hair that ends up not looking like I wanted. The Salon itself is very cute. It has a twist on a tuscan villa which I thought was very cool. I am very picky about my hair and have been nothing but happy with the results. I am definitely one of Teresa's new devoted clients!

I LOVE HER!! She is such a great stylist! The first time I visited her was for my wedding consultation and i liked her so much that i left my old stylist and started coming to her for color and highlights and cuts!
