Tennessee State University

I was blocked from registering for classes. After calling TSU for help they said that they never got my $25 application fee and they wouldn't take any money now, so you just forfeit being a student unless you come in person and find your check yourself. Isn't that their job? Anyways, I went to the Bursar's office where they told me no, we've got your $25, and they sent me on a wild goosechase to find out why I'm blocked from registering. FIVE HOURS of waiting in lines for the wrong people to help me this is what I was told: "i'm not the one to help you he is" then you go to that person and they say "go back to where you were, they are supposed to help you". No one knew who was supposed to help me. Finally the head of the department tells me what went wrong. I WAS NEVER ACCEPTED! That's right.
