Ted Bundy

I'm having trouble with this list. How does one rank serial killers? By body count? By grisliness of method? By performance at their trial? By selection of victim? By geographic dispersion of crimes? Someone get back to me on this....

Such a good-looking and intelligent man. He could've been anything he wanted in life, but he chose to be a serial killer (imagine putting that one on your resume!). He's the kind of guy that I would've loved to see be more like fictional "Dexter". A serial killer who kills the scum of our society, not innocent, loving people. As far as serial killing went, yeah, he's somewhat of a badas$ but otherwise, he gets 2 stars for murdering innocent young women and teens instead of those who truly deserve it.

This guy was also known as the Campus Killer, Lady Killer and Chi Omega Killer before he was finally caught.  He was a former law student who raped and murdered more than 35 women in several states.  Many think that he had over 100 victims.  He was executed in 1989.

Not your typical quiet and removed kind of odd character most serial killers tend to be, but a very intelligent, cunning, wiley, handsome and urbane fellow. He was good with the ladies and that turned out to be very dangerous to the many young women that met their fate at the hands of Bundy. no he deserves to be called alot worse. he doesnt or deserve any form of sympathy.he was cold calculating and he knew what he was doing . he was a master manipulator that used his looks and his boy next door image to fool those into trusting him.he was beyond any help and the amount of those it is known he did kill he didnt deserve help.the only possible benefit to keeping him alive would have been in the hopes that he would come clean on what is believed that he is probably responsible for more murders including a few unsolved cases here in utah

Most people would have never suspected him; that's what is sad. Everyone thought of him as charming, smart, and handsome. Until recently, I didn't even know that this case affected my family. My cousin, who lives in N. Fla, survived his violence.

He was seriously mentally ill. He doesn't deserve to be called a Evil Demon. He never got proper help for his condition. It doesn't excuse him for his killing women though.

The most famous American serial killer. Theodore Robert Bundy (1946-1989) was handsome, clever, arrogant, charming bad boy with a loads of female groupies(during his trials and time on death row). He was also a psychopath, rapist, murderer, pathological liar, petty thief, necrophile, failured law school student, compulsive nose picker and nail biter and according to his own lawyer Polly Nelson, intellectually shallow(and suspected manic-depressive). He captured the media and national attention, for ten years succesfully delayed his execution and extinguished at least tens of innocent human lifes across the USA(mostly young, slim, pretty dark -haired women, many of them college students) and became one of the most notorious representatives of his genre. And he was a devoted Republican. Quote: What's one less person on the face of the earth anyway?

Ted Bundy was cool, no one can deny that. Very prolific and well-travelled. He really helped the image of serial killers everywhere. I don't think he should have represented himself in court, though. You know what they say, the man who represents himself has a fool for a client. It's a shame he was executed, we all could have learned a lot from this great man.
