Mon May 26 2008I just purchsed a car from Team Certified Last weekend and have since sent 3 of my family members there and they each have been able to purchase a vehicle. Richard was such great saleman! The process was really easy. I came out of there very satisfied with how things turned out I got the vehicle I wanted at the payment I wanted! I couldn't be happier, I would recommend Team certified to everyone I know!

Wed May 14 2008This place has extraordinary customer service and is very helpful with financing your vehicle. Ive read the other angry reviews written by someone that obviously doesn't know english and found them to be just plain wrong. I went to certified auto to get a used bmw and I didnt have the best credit. They were very helpful and gave me a deal I dont think I could have received anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this place for nice preowned cars.

Sat May 10 2008Dont go through this place, you will be extreamly disappointed. I wish I could tell you the whole story, but let me just tell you this company is the most unproffesional I have dealt with, EVER. The company who I was told was seperate from a dealership, that works exclusively through loan officers- is not a seperate company than TEAM CERTIFIED SUZUKI. They have the same employees, who I am sure work directly out of the dealership. I was also told my loan officer was Jimmy Suay, who I am convenced doesnt exist. But it was everyone working there. DANIEL, BOTH RECEPTIONISTS, ERIC (rude dorky punk kid), JIMMY.

Wed May 07 2008I had read the reviews for Team Certified before going down there to purchase a vehicle and was VERY VERY VERY turned off. I spoke not only to the rep for the online company that I applied with and to the sales guy Abdul and they reassured me that they would be able to help me. They explained to me that every person they see does not always leave happy because they do not always like the offers that they are presented with. Of course I thought it was a bunch of BS but decided what do I have to lose since I've been turned down countless places. I went down there on Saturday but because of my credit I could not purchase that day but Abdul did tell me to be patient because they had other banks they could try. Monday came and no word. I was starting to feel discouraged but yesterday they called because they found a bank that would finance me with the specifications I was wanting. I'm glad they called because I was starting to feel a lil irratated. So today I went down there and was able ... Read more

Fri May 02 2008This is by far the worst experiece I have had with a car dealer. First we were called in response to an internet credit app we completed. When we drove 60 miles to get to this place, I was under the impression this was a finance or loan company - not a car lot. We only wanted a <10K used car for our 18-yr old son. On arrival to this car lot, I noticed these were all 07-08 cars on the lot (though no one would confirm this) We told the salesman what our price limit was. We were kept there most of a day and sent home after downpayment was collected. No one would tell us how much any of the cars were-so we went home, not knowing year models or prices. No one offered a test drive. We went online and found price lists from the website along with blue book values. We returned the following day to be told that the bank would set the price, we would not get to choose our vehicle-because of our credit issues--this was announced publicly and we were beckoned to sit down and wait some more. My hus... Read more

Wed Apr 23 2008This place is sooo phony. I looked for informaition on the web and later received a phone call from Martha. Martha did not know anything other than this business had approved me for a car loan. All I had to do was make an appointment with Vanessa. When I went to meet with Vanessa, there was no Vanessa. There was a big bully who said that I was not approved of anything so I must apply for a loan (Martha said my online appication was sufficient). The bully wanted information about family, especially a relative with good credit. The biully wanted a great deal of information. When all was said and done, he had enough information to steal my identity and my family members identity. It all stunk! I still was not approved for a loan, so I aked them to shread the documents. The bully became rude. After threatening to call the media, He tore up the papers and threw them at me. I later called Martha to find out her affiliation. She says she is in New Mexico. A Lie. I called Team Cert. phone nu... Read more

Thu Jan 03 2008I just recently applied for a car loan at Team Certified. After speaking with one of the salesman (Abdoul), I came into the dealership and completed the application process. Abdoul stated to me that I was approved and needed one thousand for tax, title and license, I stated okay but refused to give him the check until I was ready to sign a contract with the terms. I was told by Aboul and Armando that because of the holidays they could not reach the bank but assured me that the deal had been approved. I was told to come back on Friday but I stated I had to go out of town and would be back on Saturday. Saturday arrived and still they had not heard back from the bank. This went on until Friday, January 4, 2008 until I called Aboul who finally showed back up to work to have him say that the bank had denied my application. All of this after repeatedly being told that the deal was complete. In my opinion, this dealership wanted more money from me which I was refusing to pay. This is a scam a... Read more

Sun Dec 09 2007We had an appointment with "Jimmy Seauy". Guess what? He had convienently stepped out. Jimmy Seauy does not exist. The application is a joke. This is a very small used car lot. Mostly SUVs. A few cars, a few trucks. Only two minivans. Not a big selection. NOT recommended. And, incidently, after reading the other reviews, it looks as if they were all written by people who work there! hmmm...

Thu Jun 21 2007Dear Future Customer, Please beware of a Former Salesperson that has anger towards there former employer and makes such crazy allegations. Besides, if the work enviroment was so bad and the manager was so dishonest Why? did he work there for six months . I know that you are angry for what ever reason you decided to leave But, must you bad mouth the very place that helped pay your rent and feed your family. When you think about your comments and the alledged dishonest actions of the Manager, you watched all his happen and did not advise anyone until you had packed your bags and departed with I am sure a Huge pay check . See, we must not throw stones at anyone when you live in a glass house they may throw stones right back at you. The best thing to do is to do the right thing when it is the right time to do it not after the fact . Especially when some how along the way you have benefitted financially from this alledged actions. Ignorance to the law does not make you not guilty of the... Read more

Wed Jun 06 2007I just graduated from college and I was looking for a car and I knew that I would have trouble getting financed, I went to a few car lots and I did not have any success getting one. Then I was went to team certified when I got there we ran my credit first instead of test driving first that way my hopes would not be crushed which I thought was cool. The guys were pretty helpful I got exactly what I wanted and a a few days later i had a problem with the car but I took it back and they fixed it for me with no problem. One of the guys named Fred was a big help certainly knows how to take care of customers. Two days later my friend needed a car and I sent him there also and he got a car the same day and not to mentioned I got a little change out of the deal.

Fri Jun 23 2006Having just turned 18 and about to start college, I desperately needed a reliable set of wheels since the car I got when I turned 16 from my parents was literally on it's last leg. Of course I tried all the major new car dealerships and was rejected by each and everyone. Now, any native Houstonian knows that I-45 north just outside the loop has several used car lots with in-house financing which is what a first-time buyer like me needed (or someone with terrible credit). I made several stops at various dealers in this area, and it was one disappointment after another. The cars I wanted I couldn't afford and the ones I could afford were disgusting. In my last attempt I stopped at Team Certified when I saw the quality and variety of their inventory. When we started looking at different vehicles, we were greated politely (not ambushed) by a very attractive young man with a warm smile named Armando Tello, Jr. He answered all of our questions and let us take as many test drives as we wante...
