Matt Taylor is an angel disguised as a contractor. He is a problem-solver who can do all the hands-on work, plus manage other supplies (plumbers, electricians, etc.) to bring a job to conclusion. I hesitate to work with anyone else as a contractor and property manager in Cleveland.

Easy to work with, very professional, neat, polite, very reasonably priced. Matt did great job tuck and pointing my chimney. He also cleaned it and repaired mortor joints in the firebox. I will call on him next time I need any masonry work done and will recommend him (Forza Ventures, LCC) to all my friends and relatives. Thanks Matt!!

Forza Ventures' Matthew Taylor and his assistant, Randy, were exceptionally well mannered and did excellent work in fixing my porch and steps. They showed up on time for the three days the job took and worked consistently throughout each day. They proved exceptionally competent and, at the end of each day, they cleaned up everything and always asked if I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Matthew and Randy for any future job.

Matt was the first person to contact me, came out and looked to see what the job entailed, promptly got me an estimate and did a great job. The job was difficult - since my my home is historical , all tuckpointing had to be matched to what was done in 1908, and my roof has a steep pitch with a very tall chimney. Matt tuckpointed the chimney and cleaned it, working through multiple 45 degree bends. He fixed a mess left behind by another contractor. His price was very reasonable and I was charged exactly per the estimate. I would not hesitate to hire Forza Ventures again and highly recommend them.
