Sweet Repeats Consignment

I was looking for Theory pant suits but was told they carry more suits in the "St. John category". I personally find St. John matronly and was looking for something more contemporary.

I found this shop online and purchased a Diane Von Furstenberg blouse for a fraction of the original retail. Everyone there was so nice and helpful, I will definetly be back soon!

All the ladies of sweet repeats are always so helpful and have on the smile on their face. They have a great sense of fashion and know what I like now and will even call me and let me if a piece comes in that they think I will like. The clothes are always in great shape and many pieces are even brand new at a fraction of the price. Always a pleasure to shop at Sweet Repeats!

I found the perfect dress for a special occasion...over the phone!! After browsing online, i called the store to see if they had a piece similar to what i was looking for. Not only did they have the perfect dress, they talked me through a "fitting" over the phone comparing each of my measurements to the garment. does it get any better than that! My dress was in the mail that day on its way to me in Aspen, CO...Thank you so much for the extra special help!!!

I treat myself regularly to this super consignment shop. I almost always find a treasure and often something that I would not be able to find at the Mall - even if I were willing to pay their exorbitant prices. I have found pieces from small boutiques and from around the world as well as many of my favorite designers. Everything from shoes to accessories. The merchandise is always in good repair (about 1/2 of what I buy is new with tags) Clothes are organized in a pleasing manner that is easy to shop. The atmosphere is always friendly and helpful.

I stop by this store about twice a month to check out all the new stuff and have gotten to know the girls that work there pretty well. I am on Sweet Repeats email list just like the person who wrote the previous review. I did not feel as if they were trying to buy my vote at all. I feel as though it was a personal thank you. It is wonderful that they show their apperication to their customers!

I live in NYC and visited this boutique over a weekend in Charlotte. They have a great selection of designer clothes, bags and shoes, and the prices are really good. some of the items are brand new, or very close to it. I was just browsing but ended up buying 3 blazers and dresses. I will definitely goback.

Sweet Repeats always comes up with the perfect dress in a two day window. I needed a wedding dress within 3 days and they had a drop dead Demetrios wedding dress marked down from $399 to $99. I am so thankful to have a shop like this!

I recently came in to drop off some clothing for consignment and had such a great experience that I had to share it. The store may be small but the selection was enormous! They accept only high-end brand names (Seven jeans, Susana Monoco, True Religon, Tocca, Cynthia Steffe, etc.) which takes away the need to " sift through" to find the good stuff. And their St. John collection is to die for. They have a better selection than the actual store! The owners are a sister team, Jenny and Amy, and are just as darlin as can be! The relaxed atmosphere is such that you feel as though you were "shopping" through a friend's closet. I think that's what sets them apart for some of the other "high end" consignments shops that I've been to in the past. I'm probably the only one in the world who comes to bring in clothes for consignment and walks away with more than I came in with! Definately a place to shop, consign, or just make new friends!

We found Sweet Repeats online as we were looking for a consignment shop during our vacation. What a wonderful place and personnel. All were friendly and helpful. I rarely place my name on an email list, yet did so here as I appreciated the staff. I plan to keep in touch over the miles, as their web site demos many items.

What makes Sweet Repeat Special is: Not only do they make the second time around better than the first, but they offer ideas on how you can make it even more unique. Not only do they greet you with a smile as you enter the door, but one as well when you leave even empty handed. Not only is the atmosphere inviting , the set up and displays are done to perfections. Not only do they know you by your name or remember your face with a 'Thanks for coming again.. It makes you feel, 'special" just to know they noticed you. Not only do they send you emails of special sales, upcoming events and new arrivals These are just a few reason I go there...but if you want to know the number one reason I go there???? I have shopped here since I moved to Charlotte in 1991. I get clothes from here and wear them . I always compliments on any item I have bought here. The owner's niece is really cool and is such a snazzy dresser herself.

Sweet Repeats really surprised me with their selections. I have been a customer for the last 2 years. I got some really GREAT deals! I was very disappointed that after being a loyal customer, they would not hold a pair of shoes for me to try on the left one. After that, I learned my lesson. I can definitely say the customer service is "sometimey".. depends on the which way the wind is blowing & very much how you look..... That is their biggest OPPORTUNITY!!

I love this consignment store. You can get designer labels and a ton of help to buy things that look good on you in particular from the help...

St. John, Calvin Klein, etc...this is Charlotte's best consignment store by far!!!!!!!!!!!!! Store owners are super friendly and selection is ALWAYS fresh and reasonably priced!

This is a really special place. The ladies there are really nice. Great customer service. They will help you find what you need. They always keep you updated with email specials and such.... They are the place to go if you are looking for a top of the line, clothing item for the Classic Woman. Look refreshed and polished after one visit to Sweet Repeats. I have in the past had a pretty good experience there. However, the past few times I have called to ask when I can bring in some clothes, they quiz me as to what the NAME brand is. When I have been in there to shop, I see all types of clothing. Some of course are from St. John, Ellen Tracy, Carlisle, etc. but others look just plain ol', plain ol'. I understand that high-end clothing is not sought after by everyone that shops there. I buy quality clothing usually and have had great luck with them selling my items. My gripe is that I don't like to be quizzed - this is a consignment shop. I have been a customer for about 3 years. I spend quite a bit on my clothes and they are in good condition. When I have brought things in and they cannot accept them, I do not get my feelings hurt because I realize they cannot always take all items you bring in. Never fails during the week that I do not receive a compliment at work about my outfit. Not because I myself am a stylish dresser, but because I have found the secret to pulling it all together! Sweet Repeats is the first stop when my out-of-town daughters come back to charlotte and want to have a fun shopping day! Sweet Repeats always carries clothes in excellent condition...and always top quality merchandise.....for example, I love the St. John corner of the store. Often, I find new clothes that have been closed out from another store. One great part about Sweet Repeats is that one side appeals to my 20 year-old --filled with deisgner tops and jeans; the other side targets older women and special occasion clothes. But always, new or consigned, the quality is top-notch. I always enjoy browsing through the accessories--unusual jewelry for example. The owners of the store are knowledgeable and helpful..... I was visiting Charlotte, N.C. last week and came upon a real treasure (that is if you like wonderful clothing at wonderful prices) Sweet Repeats Consignment Shop, located on East Blvd. I found such a large selection of Designer Clothing at prices that were unbelievable and the clothing was either new or like new. My main interest was their St. John collection. I have purchased several pieces in the past ten years at retail stores such as Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus and St. John Shops. Their prices are so high that I have not been able to purchase entire outfits. Well I walked out of Sweet Repeats with a Black Jacket, Pants and Sweater to match for less than the jacket would have cost at a retail store. They were consignment pieces that look like new. The selection of St. John's, Escada, Armani, Celine, Chanel and many other designers, is beyond the scope of other shops that I have frequented through the years. Unique to other consignment shops, Sweet Repeats only accepts recent fashions in excellent condition. The initial prices are set well below retail, and the shop has a standard method of reducing prices throughout the season. The service is outstanding and is highly professional. This was the best experience I have ever had in a consignment shop! Sweet Repeats can satisfy my every need, from casual to career and even my cocktail needs. The shop is set up conviently for easy shopping. Everything is sized and arranged like a Boutique. Here I can find names such as Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Chanel, Prada, Christian Louboutin, & St. John, just to name a few! The prices are well below original retail. I have found many things with the original price tag still attached. The employees were so helpful! I walked out with much more than I had intended to purchase because the employee kept bringing items to my dressing room that I loved!!!!! One of the best features about Sweet Repeats is their dedication to the customer. They have an email and a call list so when they get in something I want, I am one of the first to know.
