Sun Sep 16 2007It can be fun if your around 13-17 years old, if your a full grown adult don't get this game, one of the most childish games I've seen, maybe as much as Luigi's Mansion, again I just picked up this game and played it for around 10 or so hours and got bored of it. My brother on the other hand finished it in around 40 or so hours, he said that the game was pretty short actually. The game requires you to the hold the Wii mote sideways so the control scheme takes a bit getting used to, but it works out at the end, the problems I had with this game is the repetitive nature of this game, and the confusing level layouts. The game requires you to switch from 2D to 3D in a bunch of parts in order to progress through the level while this is REALLY cool in the first few times, it gets old and fast. Especially since Nintendo seems to make you do it every 10 seconds or so, and staying in the 3D world for more than 10 seconds makes you lose life points. So at the end you find yourself waiting for ... Read more

Thu Aug 23 2007Great game. A nice twist on the Paper Mario series. I sort of miss the old battle system, but even the new one is still pretty good. Awesome game overall.

Sun Jun 24 2007Fun game, i love how they created it. Biggest downfall is that it is rediculously easy. Virtually no challenge, no brains required. It makes the game boring after playing for more than an hour. Overall it is fun, creative and enjoyable...i just cant get over how easy it is - nothing like original mario games, you might not die the whole game. This would get a 5 if it was more challenging.

Sun Jun 03 2007A throughly enjoyable and creative game, Super Paper Mario was originally planned for the GameCube, but brought over to Nintendo's revolutionary Wii system to great effect. The gameplay truly is remarkable--melding classic sidescrolling Mario gameplay with the hilarious Paper Mario universe. The true innovation comes in Mario's ability to flip the world from 2D to 3D to uncover hidden items and enemies and to solve puzzles to advance to the next stage. The graphics, which include 480p and 16x9 modes, are crisp and superb--dripping with the Nintendo style. The soundtrack includes some great remixes of Mario tunes and the dialogue (text) is constantly hilarious and fun. This platformer with a bit of an RPG style (you can level up, switch power-ups, etc.) is highly recommended for all Mario fans and all Wii owners!

Fri May 11 2007This was a fun game for the nintendo wii. It's similar to the other paper mario games. In this version you flip between dimensions. You flip between 2d and 3d. As you are going through levels you have to find pixies that you need in different levels to continue on. One thing about this game is that a lot of it was a little too easy. Another thing is that you don't really use the controller to interact very often. The only time you do is when you have to point at the screen to finid hidden objects other than that you hold the controller and use it like you would any other controller for the other consoles.
