Pleased with the service , have used in the past, will continue as need arises. Very pleasant, respectful of home and furnishings.

We hired Student Movers to pack ABF U-pack trailers for a move from Denver to Atlanta and partially pack the remaider of our household goods into boxes for the move. They did a good job packing up the household goods into boxes, but did a horrible job of packing the trailers for the move. When the trailers were unloaded at our Atlanta house many items were damaged due to poor loading of the truck. Our formal dining room table legs were shattered due to Student Movers loading boxes on top of the table and our couch was torn and damaged since they did not cover it with furniture pads. We hired another company in Atlanta to unload the trailers and they said it was the worst loading of a trailer they had ever seen by another company. When we contacted Student Movers for just the base coverage on the broken and damaged goods they would not even pay the base insurance coverage provided with the move. I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy!

I was impressed with Mike Lennon showing up to my office to personally meeet me and go over the move. Although the crew showed up two hours late, they were very professional, courteous and apologetic. The move went smoothly, they were careful with my boxes and made sure everything was placed where I needed it. Overall, I would hire/recommend Student Movers, Inc.

The 2 guys did an excellent job moving everything and taking apart and re-assembling my two pieces of bulky furniture. At the beginning of the move, they showed up 30 minutes later than expected -- apparently the office contact did not make it clear that they would be starting at 8 a.m. at *their home facility* and that's when the contract time begins. I started to call the office at 8:30 a.m., and then they did show up. They charged me 30 minutes of travel time from their home office in the end, which was okay, but I wanted them to know that I did notice that they were 15 minutes late when they started.

We used them for moving into our new house two month ago. I told them our apartment were small and we were gonna move a lot of the small things by ourselves. We did 6 car loads on our own so that we could save because we are house poor. Nonetheless, on the day of our move, they sent in a huge truck. Our stuff filled less than 1/3 of that truck. Packing took 1.5 hours. It took another 45 to 60 minutes to drive up to the north. Then unloading is another hour. By the time they are done, the bill was 480, which was not bad for professional movers, I guess. I made another mistake that I didn't feel comfortable pre-authorizing an unknown amount on my credit card the day before the move, so I told the dispatcher that I would pay cash. I gave them five 100-dollar bills. The movers took for granted that the change would be their tips. They didn't bother to give me any change back. The two guys that came were really nice. I was pretty frazzled that morning and they were super patient with me. Explained everything they were going to do really well to me. And even gave me some suggestions on how to make the job go much quicker.

These guys were great! They were prompt, super fast and very professional. We definitely got our money's worth- I have heard horror stories about movers but these guys were nothing but pros. They did not try to milk their time even though they are paid hourly- they were very speedy and efficient so we got the best deal. I will be using them again the next time we move and would recommend them to anybody.

I needed to get all the cabinets and materials from a kitchen remodel out of my garage and into my storage unit. The two men cam on time, worked VERY hard for several hours, and moved everything I asked them to move. They had to be quite creative to get all the parts in my storage unit...

We were moving my daughter from one floor to another...the movers were personable, prompt, efficient, and checked with us when they were unsure about any items. Ours was a small move but we were treated as well as if we were moving a whole household.

VERY professional and curtious. Hard working. Job was bigger than they thought originally but they didn't complain. Price was right as well. A+.

I did 2 moves with them and I have very expensive furniture and they took their time & made sure that everything was wrapped & moved without any damage. I really liked the movers that I worked with as they took the time to listen to my wants and needs and made sure that they excited all of them. I would highly recommend Student Movers for any type of move/job especially if you want to make sure the things that mean the most to you are moved with the utmost care and respect; which Student Movers did for me.

In trying to find a good moving company, I read the reviews here and decided to give Student Movers a shot. Turns out... they ROCK! I called for the estimate, they asked some questions and explained the process, then gave me a range (not a big one) and told me what could affect the final cost. Very informative and nice. I'm also storing my stuff with them. They store your items in a vault and we didn't know if it would all fit into just one. Well, turns out I had a little too much stuff to squeeze into one vault, but they gave me the single vault price anyway (how great is THAT?). And the total cost to me came in UNDER the estimate. First, the represenatives of your company who spoke with us setting up the move were professional, polite, and responsible. Then, the morning of the move, your represenative called to get everything going. Tjhe movers, Narius and Linus were prompt, very friendly, very quick and professional. I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a plesant experience I had with Student Movers from start to finish. I called and received estimates from a number of moving companies. I selected Student Movers because of the way the estimator handled my call and specific requests. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful,and went above and beyond by providing tips to keep costs down. My positive experience doidn't stop there. I was greeted by the movers with smiles and enthusiasm. They were good natured and took great pride in their work. This move posed a number of challanges (kitchen equip not fitting through doorways, lifting heavy kitchen equipment over railings, etc). they arrived on time and moved all my stuff lickety split...since this is the first time I have ever used movers I was blown away! They moved everything so quick. I am never using my neighbors pick-up truck again.
