I have had nothing but problems...this guy does nothing but Over charge and find ways to get out of work...he also bullies you into signing paperwork and not letting you read it. He only will use contractors that he knows AND ARE NOT REAL CONTRACTORS BUT HIS FAMILY MEMEBERS!!! THEY ARE NOT LISCENSED BY THE STATE AT ALL!!!!!! Stay clear of this guy he will rip you off!!! He will also try to sneak around and change the permits from contractor to owner/builder so that he will be free from all liability. I SAY AGAIN STAY CLEAR OF HIM!!! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!
