    My mother-in-law came over and couldn’t believe the picture, sound and quality of everything that Starpower did for our media room. I wanted to tell her, “told you so!” as she was the one who kept telling me to go down the street to a chain store. Once she saw our new media room, she then knew why we were making such a big deal about Starpower! Joe G.

    I recently purchased a home theater system from Starpower and I’m satisfied not only with the theater system, but with the professionalism showed by my sales rep. He spent several hours with my wife and I so that we would completely understand our home theater expectations. Moreover, he took the time to visit our residence to ensure that the system we selected represented the best choice for our newly constructed home theater room. Finally, the Starpower installation team was courteous, professional, and very competent in the installation of our system. My wife and I appreciate the purchasing experience of our system through Starpower. I will recommend Starpower to any of my friends seeking a home theater system. Jimmy J.

    Starpower provided excellent service to my family. Our sales representative showed an excellent effort to answer all of our questions and coordinate the installation of our new audio/video equipment--which was top notch technology.     Starpower was so patient and so generous when their crews were installing my new television and DVS player. It took several trips and every time the crew showed up, they introduced themselves, put on blue booties to protect the carpet (without being asked) and did an excellent job. If I were “secret shopping” with Starpower, I would give them five stars out of a possible five stars. Vicki H.

    I want to thank Star Power for the products and services you have provided me & my wife. Robert Sams has a lot of knowledge about the products he sells. He worked very well with my Architect and General contractor. I especially want to thank Charles Mitchell for the great job he did installing the system, even making Directv work.     All I can say is I was warned. What drives this company is not customer service, it is greed. It's the "what's in it for me attitude". Not all people are rich nor VIP's, but everyone should be treated that way. As for wanting everything for free, there are a few customers who do, they are usually the ones who have all the money. As far as the employees who have succombed to their ravenous ways of business, I hope they become conscience of the vortex they are perpetuating and escape with there morals. What I am trying to say is, you've been warned!

    I have to disagree with the two positive posts based on my experience with this company. Additionally, it's not just the low budget customers who get the shaft from these guys. I am the product manager for a medium sized company. I contracted with these guys based on a great sales presentation and high level of product knowledge. Admittedly they were impressive. I was told this project would take 2 days once all the equipment was in. I received a quote for nearly $30,000.00 which I paid in FULL in September. The target was to have the system done by our annual Christmas party. They not only missed the deadline, but they refused to call me back for weeks before and after the deadline. I could understand if circumstance prevented them from meeting the deadline, but they never communicated to me about any delays of note.     Yeah these reviews really sound like people who have purchased equipment from Star Power. Nice review Mr. Pigeon (owner). It sounds like your radio ads. Best in America?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA who would even claim that? Best rip off artists in town.

    Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful manager and regional manager, took complaint to owner and have never heard back from them. If you are not Mark Cuban or obviously rich they will treat you with disdain and desire to have nothing to do with you. This company will not last through a depression. I had a very small complaint and was basically told to go pound sand, no effort was made by the store, or even the regional manager to even look into my question.

    I recently bought an entire media room set up and Starpower came out to my house on time with prompt service. The Installers were amazing!!! All of my equipment was installed with the very best of care! After reading the bad review on this site I have been in sales for more than 15 years you will always have customers who you can?t please especially when they want free stuff. I will highly recommend Starpower and all there salesman because they are known for there friendly and amazing service. Thanks Starpower!

    I dont know what that guys problem is. probably had old crapppy equipment they didnt wanna mess with. I loved starpower just bought a 50" plasma and couldnt be happier. I will always refer all of my friends and family to go there and get taken care of. Some people are just wannabe VIPs and expect things that are unreasonable and free and dont wanna pay for the good service. I paid full price and still think they deserve more they were phenomenal. thanks alot starpower it was awesome

    I recently experienced Star Power's Star treatment and was extremely dissapointed. I purchased a remote control and 2 hours of labor and scheduled the install for the following Saturday, I spent the entire day waiting for the installers and was no-showed no-called. The following Tuesday I had still heard nothing so I called the store and they said they could schedule someone that week, eventually the programmer came an was unable to program my remote because my equipment was too high end and he could not locate the memory codes. I was billed for 4 hours and he took the remopte stating he would return Friday and complete the install. Predictably friday came and went and guess what no-show, no-call. After numerous calls to various managers i was finally told that the 649.00 I paid (half for install and half for remote) had been re-applied to just the labor. So now i have paid 649 for a half programmed remote that i dont even have, certainly does not seem like start treatment!!!!
