they sold my auntie a mattress that had been out on their floor uncovered. it was gray and dirty catching all that filth from belle chasse. i told her to reject the delivery and they gave her hell trying to get her money back. i thought you couldnt sell an unwrapped mattress and only use it for display. if she paid good money for a serta, she should get a new one is all.
