Thu May 22 2008Formerly Fauxto, Splashup looks very much like Photoshop. It's a layer-based, lightweight editor similar to offline editor Paint.net that can pull in images from Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket or any URL you specify. You can edit multiple files, all with multiple layers, layer effects and blend modes. Number of available effects is limited.
