We just left our newly adopted, very clingy and skittish, dog with Jessica for a 6 night stay. We picked Spa de Paw (even though it was a bit out of the way) because of the wonderful reviews and the informative website; as a bonus, her rates are quite reasonable for the service she provides. This was our first time leaving her with anyone and we were quite anxious about the experience. Jessica put us at ease with her obvious love & knowledge of dogs & her well-planned daycare schedule, that ensured a busy & tiring day. A few hours after we dropped her off, Jessica called with an update & she continued to update us almost daily. She screens the dogs carefully to prevent out any bullies or dangerous dogs, but there is still a good variety of temperments--so your dog learns to socialize. She continues basic training & will accomodate your requests for feeding schedules, etc... so your dog will not forget your house rules while away. When we picked her back up she was almost reluctant to l... Read more

Jessica is a God-send. I was hesitant to leave my dog anywhere while I went out of town, but as soon as I meet Jessica and saw how my dog took to her, I was immediately at ease. It's apparent upon meeting her that she really like dogs and cares about them. I left my five month old pug, Zack, with her for a day and a half. He wasn't upset at all that I left him there, he was just happy to be with Jessica and to run around her yard and play with the other dogs. Both times we were there, Zack wagged his tail in his sleep almost all night when we got home. I think he was dreaming of being there! His stay there went off without a hitch. I am so thankful that I was able to enjoy my trip and know that he was well taken care of. I plan to use her services again in the future and would highly recommend it to others!

Jessica was great! I was really comfortable leaving my very hyper yorkie, Bailey, with her. Usually when I go to pick Bailey up from her usual boarding place she's more than ready to leave...not this time. She was mildly excited to see me but went to Jessica to be picked up before we left. Bailey was there for a little under a week and I got almost daily updates on how she was doing. Jessica is great with animals and I would recommend her to anyone with any type of dog!

I was extremely pleased with the owner?s accommodations for my scheduling needs. Jessica took the time to show me around the grounds, provided pictures of the indoor play areas, and was completely honest with much detailed information. I have a very gentle, quiet, sometimes timid, 8 month old golden retriever/Bernese mountain dog mix named Tasha. I was nervous for her first day of Doggie Day Care because even though I know she loves and blends well with other dogs, she can sometimes be intimidated by new ones with big barks. Knowing this, Jessica was very attentive to Tasha?s first interaction with the rest of the play group, and she even gave me very helpful tips for future interactions with new dogs. Jessica was more than willing to send me pictures and updates throughout the day, which made me feel really comfortable. After Tasha?s first day at Doggie Day Care she was so happy to see me, as was I to see her, but not more than 5 minutes after hopping into my car did she completely pa... Read more

The first-time I have ever used a kennel - I loved the idea of no cages for my 216lb English Mastiff who had surgery about six weeks ago. When Spa De Paw got filled up at the last minute, Jessica arranged for my dog to stay at the house of one of her employees who is also a vet tech. I was wreck leaving my fur-baby during a stressful week of my life and Jessica was really understanding, I got lots of detailed updates on how she was doing that put my mind at ease. On the last evening, Jessica called me to report some bloody urine, they went to the Vet hospital at 11pm at night ot pick up antibiotics for her and when I went to pick her up I could see she had been genuinely loved in my abssence. What more could you hope for?

We left our little Princess with Spa de Paw for 5 days without any issues. We could take comfort in the fact that our dog would be playing with other dogs rather than sitting in a cage in some kennel. We received daily phone calls with regular updates. Spa de Paw was very flexible in working with our pick-up/drop-off schedule. Great service!

Our dog, Emmy, is an only dog and had a hard time making doggie friends. She was a scaredy cat. My husband and I were worried about where we would take her to be boarded since my mom was not available to take care of her. So I googled dog boarding and up popped Spa de Paw. The reviews were wonderful, I liked the idea of it being a doggie slumber party, constant attention for the doggies and an excellent website that answered all questions for doggie parents. So I called and set up a date for Emmy, my husband and I to meet the owner, Jessica. She made Emmy and us feel very comfortable about Emmy staying there for the weekend. I liked the set-up, Emmy clicked with Jessica, which for my husband and I was very important. Jessica is very intuitive when it comes to dogs. She was able to read my furbaby like book. While on my mini vacay Jessica called us to let us know how Emmy was doing and we were able to call her at any time to ask about our little girl. I am very very happy t... Read more

I had a great experince with Spa de Paw. The owner of the Kennel is very friendly and very knowledgeable about dogs. She answersed all of my questions or concerns. She called me while i was on vacation. She called me even before i called her to let me know how Max { my Lab mix} was doing and adjusting. Before the accutual overnight stay we had a play date where Jessica evaluated each dogs temperment and gave us practical tips for dogs like let dogs meet by sniffing and not face first butt first. She is a great Dog sitter and her rates where affordable also.

We were so thrilled with Spa De Paw and Jessica that we rebooked for the next weekend. We were initially nervous about leaving our pug with someone we didn't know but she immediately treated him like her very own. It was nice to see someone care for your pet as much as you do, even going as far as to teach me some things I didn't know about caring for a pug. Jessica and Spa De Paw made us feel at ease while were away knowing that Sarge was on a vacation himself playing with other dogs and relaxing in such a great environment for dogs! I highly recommend Spa De Paw to anyone needing pet care!

I couldn't be more happy with SpadePaw and Jessica!!! She treated my English Setter, Windsor, with such great care! When I first decided to take a vacation to Ireland, I was nervous at the thought of having to leave Windsor at a kennel. It would be our first time (since the day I got him, 8 weeks old) that we would be apart. I went to a few local boarding places and left in tears...couldn't believe the terrible standards they had. That's when I went on the internet and found SpadePaw and talked to Jessica. Instantly, I knew that she was a dog lover, and felt at ease as did Windsor upon our first meeting. Apparently, while I was away having a great time, Windsor was also having the time of his life!!! He had a full daily schedule that consisted of play, play and more play. When I arrived back and picked Windsor up from SpadePaw, I knew that he was well taken care of. The only problem now is that I think he really misses Jessica and all the doggie friends he made there...so we... Read more

Taking our 6-month Lab puppy to doggiecare has been a great experience for both of us. The sense of guilt of leaving my pup at home my himself is gone because in this place he has so much fun, enjoy friendly playmates and the outdoor. I would recommend this place to anybody who cares about his or her pet. I am happy because while I am at work he is safe, having fun with other friendly dogs and well taken care in a neat, clean outdoor space.

I would highly recommend SpaDePaw to anyone looking to have their dogs taken care of in a home environment. My labrador (who was rescued and afraid of new people) took an immediate liking to Jessica which made me comfortable to leave her there. Her yard is big and the dogs have plenty of fun romping and playing with eachother. It's reassuring to know I have someone I can depend on and she will love your dog almost as much as you do!

Jessica was the best! I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog with her. They dont use crates at anytime which was great, because my dog despises crates! The facilities were perfect for dogs to have a blast, in a safe way. She was very knowledgable and went above and beyond my expectations.
