Sound By Design

David came by our house the day after we called. He figured the problem out, volume control buried in the wall. He corrected the issue to get out outside speakers working, re-wired our receiver, and programmed the remote for easier use. David went above and beyond what he was required to do.

David and Chris were JAM UP! I put in the service request to have my TV mounted on the wall at ~8:30 pm and got 3 suggestions back from service magic. I called all of them and David was the only one that returned my phone call that night plus scheduled to do the work the next afternoon. David and Chris both showed up on time completed the work I asked for plus rplacesed all my coax with RU6 and put another drop in for me within 4 hours. Everything fromputting in the request to having all my work done and completely satisfied within 24 hours. He also wrote me a quote that I received the next day for more work I plan on doing in MAY/JUNE.

He quoted me a price and stuck to it, no matter how much extra work the project involved. He explained the complications he might have installing my 52 over my fireplace up front before starting the project. He and his colleague were on time, quick and informative. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

The technician was very helpful in answering my many questions. The installation went very good, except we could not function the entire system, as he thought this was a fault due to the receiver being about 20 years old. I'm going to buy a new receiver to eliviate the receiver from the problem scenario and I'll let you know if the whole system is integrated properly. He cleaned up after himself, and the installation went very well except for the system integration test. Randy B.

David did a great job setting up my entire surround system (receiver and speakers) and hiding the wiring in the walls and attic for the rear speakers (we have travertine floors). I also got the smart remote and it is working great. If you need this type of work I highly recommend Sound by Design.

Showed up on time,had every tool you could possibly want,was courteous and worked fast. Said he had six years experience. I'm very satisfied and would def. recommend to anyone needing any audio work,cables ran,etc. He even took his shoes off every time he came inside. Also hooked the newly ran(into wall behind receiver,through the attic,outside and then down the wall and back in) surround wires to both the receiver and speakers with no problem and cleaned up all debris before leaving.

Peter was very good , very thorough and quite personable. He cleaned up at the close of both days and even offered to take the empty fan boxes so I wouldn't have to put them out with the trash. I was very comfortable with him in my home. I love the fans and the remotes that were installed. Now I am just waiting for the hot weather to come so I can turn them all on!

What wonderful service, called and the came and installed my 2 ceiling fans on the same day. The installer was polite, and efficiently. I am extremely please with my experience! And they installed for alot less then anyone else i spoke with!
