Sony MDS Series

I love the features you get with this player its not even mine its my sisters but I toought I just had to lety others know that if they're going to get a MD player it should be this one. Light, robust, good sound quality just DA BOMB!

My mini disc player is awesome. I love that it's small and I can take it in my pocket without having it weigh my pocket down. The only problem is that there is not enough music on the market in the stores, like Tower, etc.

Everything Sony is great. Cables are compatable with al other brands. Output play is great quality. I perfer cordless keyboard or programable so you know what track or artist you are listening to. Sony, in general, has always had great quality.

Really good but the wiring that comes with it doesn't hook up to computers (to record MP3's) very easily. But nevertheless-minidisc's are a lot better than Cd's. Clearer and crisper sound.

I am not too familar with this product, but Sony has a good reputation with music electronics, and I am planning on getting one for it's convenience and ability to rerecord on the same disc.

Good to carry. Available on the net, it is easier to get. Functions are helpful.

I have peers that own the Sony MDS series minidisc player. I have heard that they are very reliable and have great sound quality. If I was to buy a minidisc player I would buy the Sony MDS series.

This is pretty cool. I tried out my friends and it played smoothly and didn't skip too much. I liked the size silver color. Maybe it could be better with a lower price.

I have one of these mini disc players and I love it. It's small and portable. With an adapter, you can play it in the car. Mini discs are easy to record and it's different colors too. The sharpness is also very good with clarity.

Good design, sleek. Good recordings, clear quality. Play quality is clean. Recording time is quick. You can use it for live or just recording cover songs.

I DJ parties and I have found Sony to be the most reliable. However, AIWA makes the guts for Sony!

I own this series and it works great for me. The technology that Sony came up with this time is really amazing. I like Sony and the products it makes, but this series is really great.

I rate this a 5 because Sony's sound quality is the best. I find that all their portable products are not good for hard and long use but it sounds beautiful. They need to improve the looks of the player because, to me, it looks tacky in a way. To invest in one is good but not for long term use. Sony is #1 and I think the discs will get better.

MiniDisc players are the future and everyone wants them. They cost a lot of money but it's worth it. It's another way to get your music.

The greatest MiniDisc. You can't go wrong with the creators. Easy to download songs from the net. Sony!!! It's like the Nike of hardware. You can't go wrong. It looks very attractive. Very small. Does it's job, and dog gone it, people like it.

Best MiniDisc player I've used. No problems or setbacks whatsoever. Everyone must get one of these to have forever.

This is the one I use. It has never skipped on me and I like the functions. I also have a Sharp one, but that one doesn't have many functions.

Directions are easy and straightforward. Recordings are sometimes hard to learn for the first few times. The recording process is difficult because the EQ and gains need to be set differently than playing. Quality of build is Sony excellent.

The Sony MiniDiscs are great to have when CDs are too much of a burden to encode music on. The mini discs use optical technology to record music as it plays. It's not very portable though and will break if you drop it, unlike the lighter versions.

I love the idea of the Sony line, but it's too pricey for students. Besides, MiniDiscs haven't honestly caught on yet.

Very good MiniDisc player. Sounds nice. MiniDisc players tend to be very expensive though.

Still fun but it's getting a little outdated. Sony was the first MiniDisc producer and still maintains the edge.

Very easy to use. Provided clean recording and playback. Great for tape fans. Proved to be so portable and lightweight. I threw my tapedeck out!

This little device rocks! We recorded an entire rave with one of these babies. CD quality sound from a little boy that weighs maybe 50g. Unbeatable!
