Skin Institute

I found skin Institute online and am very glad I did. It is actually located in a suite inside of a building in North Miami. It is not a huge spa, which I love. The entire atmosphere makes you feels as if its your own personal spa. Everyone who works there is extremely amiable, cater to you and try to make you feel as special and comfortable as they possibly can. I have very sensitive skin and am exceptionally picky and Sheila has given me the best facials I've ever had. I am going back again and will probably continue to go back.

This turned out to be the best facial I ever had. All my blak points are gone. My skin is smoothe and soft. I look& feel like $1,000,0000. I went with my co-worker and we each had these super facials. You could tell they were doing this for a long time. Lots of experience with the skin. We all had fun while getting our faces in shape for 2010. p.s.take a peek in the bag filled with free samples-Wow!

My boyfriend took me to Skin Institute for the best facial I ever had. Everyone was so nice to me making me feel confortable. I stopped being nervous once she started working on me. I could tell this was a lady with lots of experience. She squuezed all the goo out till my face felt like a babys butt. After my mask she put some really bright lights on that calmed my face down. Now I can't wait for my co workers to see how clear my skin is. I'll try the free products I got,cuz everything smelled so good.

Everyone raves about Skin Institute & Sheila and now, so am I. It's clearly 1 in a million. They have a great formula. Best facials + Great Atmosphere = Happy,Happy Clients.I had to wait to get appointment,but it was worth it. The people I saw leaving were very happy,which made me feel good right away.My facial was customized,so I knew it would be perfect for me. She asked all the right questions & then went to work making my face over into a beautifully Clear face. I tried the free samples & now I'm hooked.

Love going here. Sheila (owner) is the heart and soul of this spa and her facials are bar none. Being a spa-ho i have gone to the best spas in miami and really have found that Skin Institute has the best quality facials and the price is so much better than the ritzy high end spots around town. You get more pampering here at a better price. Sheila makes you feel like you're home.

I always love the way my face looks after my microfermabrasion facials. It keeps on glowing like a young kids skin.I've been using their cleanser and sunblock to keep it nice,soI'm totally happy with my face. Dont forget to try the organig lemonade,its great and good for you they say. You can get lots of other things done,but so far I've only had time for the facials. And wow,what a facial.

Skin Institute gives the best facials in all of South Fla. My brother & me come often for microdermabrasion facials.Sometimes my wife joins us &we make it a party with free mimosas. Its a laid back place where everyone seems happy &knows what there doing. Shiela takes her time &explains everything.I know I'm in good hands with all the therapists but shes really special. Everytime we leave we each get lots of free samples &surprises in our bags.

It's been about seven years that I've been getting facials from Sheila and my face is 500% better than before. I had never tried anything else but her amazing facials. I live in Palmetto, so I'm always concerned about the time.Then 2 weeks ago my husband asked me if I wanted to try a couples massage. Wow! He hit a Home Run! First we had champagne while we sat in the sauna & relaxed. We laid on our beds,with the fountain & candles and I almost Fell asleep! Both masseuses were so good. We melted with their touch. With my birthday coming I needed a good facial My friend recommend Sheila and I went. The best facial of my life. All impurities gone. A little red for like 2 hours,but now looks fantastic. Only place to get very professional facial and at excellent price. One hour and quarter for $60! Most important is that my face is perfect now. I took a bag with a lot of free sample to try. So many nice things to try! And all the people were happy and smiling. I like such a bright place.

It took me a long time to find an acne specialist but I finally did.My skin is soooo much better now. I don't have to worry about bumpy skin anymore. I like the way Shelia explained the procedures to me first. I knew I was in good hands right away. She got it all out and then put me under this really bright light which she said kills bacteria. All I know is I dozed off for a little bit after laying under it. I checked out my bag of samples and tried the cleanser and shave cream. I be back soon to get more.

I have had monthly facials for most of my life. I recently moved to Miami and needed to find a facialist here. After reading all the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. Big mistake for me. Never have I left with scars on my face from painful extractions. What's worse is that I had scabs all over my face by the time I woke up the following morning. I don't even have bad acne! Maybe if your facial does not involve extractions, I would believe the great reviews. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

If your main goal is to get a good quality facial at a great price, this is an excellent choice. The Skin Institute is not a good choice if you want upscale ambiance and amenities. Pro: The staff is very friendly. I showed up early, and they made me feel right at home while I waited. Pro: The woman that performed my deep cleansing facial worked so quickly and did a great job. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing. Pro: Very reasonable price. One hour facial was $60. Pro: Free gift bag with every purchase, including sample products and a t-shirt. Con: Run down building and a very cramped office.

Our couple massage and facial on Valentines day was nothing short of spectacular. We changed in to our robes and they gave us (free!)mimosas. First we sat together in the sauna and sipped our drinks then we each got these luxurious caviar and champagne facials- unbelievable! Great luxury that feels great. Next we went in to the couples massage room for a romantic massage that was matvellous. With the beautiful music and romantic candles, it felt like we were on a faraway island. There were other couples who looked just as happy as us. The quiet romantic ambiance filled the rooms.I couldn't believe how full our bag was with free gifts to take home. This was a once in a lifetime experience.Such incredible service and a perfect experience!

I can say one thing,this is the best facial in miami. I tried places from derfield to south miami and noone comes close. There's about 5 women and there all good. I like that they don't rush. They make sure to get everything out. Me and my 2 sisters come every couple months to keep our skin looking clear. It's the best place all around.

I visited the Skin Institute for the first time a couple weeks ago. It is located in an older office building. The spa itself is very small, maybe 700 square feet. It is cluttered and very cramped. I wanted to relax during my facial, but the woman kept talking my ear off and some guy kept walking in and out of the office (which, by the way, you can hear everyone, as they use curtins as doors). I've visited several spas between Miami and LA and I definaely will not return to this one. It just felt like someone decided one day to open a spa.

When I got a gift certificate to skin institute i wasn't sure what to get. the woman on the phone helped me choose a package that turned out to be fabulous. First I had an oxygen facial with Sheila and it was fab. She was so thorogh getting all the blackheads out. The oxygen made my skin look so bright. It felt great! Then I sat in this sauna with mood lights-it was so relaxing,I almost conked out. Elvera then took me into one of the massage rooms and gave me a divine massage. She melted my tight muscles. It was such a relaxing hour. What a way to spend a Wednesday! I highly recommend taking a day off fo a few hours of pampering. You won't regret it. I left revitalized with a really cool bag filled with free samples.

This is my third visit and I'm hooked. The facials are the best I've ever had! Shelia gets every single blackhead out. Had another fantastic microdermabrason facial at the top facial spa. Its just wonderful the way my skin looks and feels. It's hard to believe that only $80 and a little more than an hour my skin could look so great. I waited since July to come back for another facial. It was even better than my last one. This is great. Best service and results. I love the style. It's clean, comfortable, relaxing, everything you need to feel good. Even the free samples are cute.I use them to keep my skin nice. Moved from up north & needed to get my face in shape. Some guys from work kept raving about this place in North Miami. They all looked so good I had to try it. Whoa! BEST decision ever. The facial is amazing. All the dirt taken out and looking clean. And the place is so pretty. They have a lots of nice decoration. Some candle that smell like fresh fruit. Even the rooms are all smelling like some flower or fruits. It makes you to relax. I like the way that every one nice and full of smiles . They want customer to be happy so they treat you special. no exagerration. this is the 100% very best facial anywhere. whatever you think about your skin this lady will make it look like a million bucks. as soon as I got off the elevator I could smell something wonderful like herbs or flowers. The facials my cousin and I received were amazing. She had a the deep pore cleansing facial and I had the hydrating collagen facial. We have very different skin types. They were both excellent and our skin looked so much better when we left. The staff was very attentive and made us very confortable. There was no sales pitch for products like so many other places. Samples were givin to us when we left along with a t-shirt. If you are visiting Miami this is the only place to come for facial. I definitely will return the next time I am visiting Miami.

I had the best facial because of my friend. After years suffering teen-age and then adult-acne I almost gave up. My friend Cara told me about this place and said my face would look 100% better. Sheyla did the most thorogh extractions I ever had. She got every bump and all the blackheads out. It hurt a little but NOTHING was left. She got all the dirt and junk out of my pores. I would love it if I found this place 10 years ago. Everybody was so nice, even the girl who took my appointment on the phone. She gave me excellent directions from Kendall and made sure I could take a 8 pm appointment so I wouldnt get stuck in traffic. Very thoughtful. The place is very low-key. Reminds you of a retreat. So quiet and peaceful. I left with a bag full of stuff to try. I'll be back again so I can keep up this new image all clean and smoothe.

Excellent customer service! In a place like Miami, where customer service is hard to find, this place stands out. I will not be going anywhere else. I had a facial and a body wrap done. The facials are amazing here, (it's what they are known for) and the body wrap was good. I am taking acne medication and they took that into consideration and completely customized my facial. First they were so nice on the phone, booking a appointment for me on Thurs. nite at 9p.m. I was so happy, since I work so late in Doral and needed a facial desperately. Shelia. came with fresh berry green ice tea and a big smile. She then worked on my face for at least a hour and half. She explained how I could help my skin keep clear after. Everything seh did was so helpful for my skin. The cool lights calmed my redness down and was good for getting rid of bacteria, she told me. I was happy she explained each thing to me and gave me great samples to try. Julia gave my boyfriend a vitamin c facial that massaged lots of pure vitamin into his skin to make We love the way they try to meet all your wants. I like feeling special. We love you guys.

Terrible service, and low grade product from overseas repackaged. Having been to over 100 spas worldwide, this is definitely on the bottom of the list.

If you want the best facial possile don't miss this great spa. Skin Institute has the best facialists anyone could ever find. Sheila has been doing my facials for almost three years and I truly love the way she makes me feel and look. Ranya does my sister's face now and she also is excellent. The micro-dermabrassion is unbelievable. Both of us have had them. It makes your skin so,so,so soft! This is the only place that gets rid of all your black heads and white heads. They take their time. Whenever I call for an appointment Sonya asks me what the best time is for me. She'll even schedule me after class,which is 9 pm. The guys are also nice. I have not tried a massage yet,but my freinds have told me that they have hade great massages that almost put them to sleep. These womwn are all so talented and always fill up a bag of samples to go home with you.The change in my appearance has been noticed by classmates who say I look so much better.

I get the best facial here because they care about skin. This is the expert skin place in Miami. Everybody knows to come for the best facial you can have your face so clean with out any blackheads left. Everything is perfect. I love the beautiful rooms that are so peaceful. Everybody here makes you feel at home. They bring you fresh juices (home-made) and healthy snacks. Even if you just come in to buy the face cleaner they will give you something to eat and drink. I love the service. This is the best.

I looked up Best Facial on line and forund Skin Institute. Everybody says its the best. It was the 100% true. Best facial of my life. Always before I ask to have a good cleaning but they didn't. So I didn't know at Skin Instiute what to expect. Shela got every thing clean like I never saw. She told me it might hurt, but it was the best facial with my face so clear when she finished. She took her time and explain to me everything. I like to know what is on my face and what for. All the creams worked and didn't smell like perfume. Everything pure and clean. The microdermbrashion felt good, like everything was smooth. It made my skin look like new. The mask was cool and felt good.
