Six Flags Magic Mountain (Valencia, California)

Give it a MISS! This place is filthy, the lines are too long (not because it is such a great place, but becasue they give package deals to groups of school kids, who clog up the place, leave their litter everywhere and cut the lines whenever they feel). We had to wait THREE hours to ride 'X' and gave up. don't listen to the hype that 'we are making changes'. We've heard it all before. Just don't go there. And PS: Their Customer Service is non-existent, they don't respond to any complaints. Full stop.

Sorry, but gangbangers, filth, and rude employees are not my thing. Go for the rides, but expect very little from this ghetto-park. Personally, I wouldn't go back even if I had free tickets.

I know many people who go to parks just for the thrills!!!I'd give this park a 3 for food choice and its tidiness, but i'd give this park a 7 out of 5 for its thrills!!!World class roller coasters and great thrill rides!!!Its a great park and it deserves a 5!!Definately the best six flag park out their!!

This theme park has over 40 coasters how can you give it a low rating? Plus it is in California one of the most beautiful states.

Took my whole family with kids ranging from 6 to 16. I was warned that if I was expecting Disney Cleanliness, that I was in for a big surprise. Trash everywhere, spilt drinks, gum, filthy bathrooms, rotted wood, and the list goes on. The only good part were the rides themselves. Even they were being run by a bunch of kids that looked like they could give a rats !@#$% as to whether anyone had a good time or not. Go for the rides if you are a thrill seeker. However, don't expect much anything else.

Six Flags Magic Mountain recently got all hyped up because they built X... the ride that came allittle too soon for it's time. It's closed All the time except on weekends I believe it's opened. And when it is open..6 hours queue. Then another new ride Deja Vu is closed often. Riddler's Revenge is probably the best ride there (that remains open) It's the world's tallest stand-up. Goliath, another new ride there.. But at least stays open, isn't anything to get excited about. Scream!.(exclamation mark included) is literally a parkinglot coaster, The parkinglot is still there... You can see the lines and everything, except the fact that the coaster is on top of it, no one can park there. It's a mirrored clone of Medusa at Six Flags Great Adventure. So Medusa is better. They also have Superman the escape.. which was a complete waste of money... 100 MPH 400 feet... but you never look down.. It's not as great as you'd think. Flashback is closed alot too. This place rocks been there 3 times and will go this summer.

My granparents lived in Valencia all during my childhood and my the majority of my cousins worked at Magic Mountain. We had season tickets and went just about every summer, anywhere from 6 to 12 times. It was so fun! I remember when they built the Colosus. It was the fastest rollercoaster of that time. And, did you know that the Vacation (Chevy Chase) was filmed there? The rollercoaster that they get arrested on is the Revolution.
