Showhomes of America

I started with the competitiion. I ended with Showhomes. Mary is my representative. She's not only professional but the most honest and forthright of any sales person I have worked with in a long time. Without promissing me the moon to gain my business since I have several homes she promised only to do her best and to be swift to clean up any mess. She was right on with her word of her work every time. I had a nightmare with the other company. They almost hindered the closing of the sale of my home. I have several properties, and have Mary and Showhomes in all of them. We have had a working relationship that gives me the ability and honor to give them a thumbs up review both to Mary and the company she stands in front of which is Showhomes of Dallas

I used Showhomes to help sell my house. I had a great experience and the home looked great after being vacant for several months. Showings picked up and we accepted an offer. I liked that it was far less expensive than paying for staging. My Home Manager was really good. I recommend them.

I wish we had researched this company before we used them. If I had read the other review, we would have been warned. We no longer live in the area so hired them based on our realtors recommendation. Later learned she had not had personal experience with them. We had 2 tenants. Both did damage, last very serious. We should have known after the first one when they said it was like that which was not the case. It was absolutely amazing how Show Homes twisted what happened. Actually lied would be more accurate. You would expect that they would be backing the home owners rather but they do not. I suppose that is because they would be obiligated to pay for it. End result is that we would not recommend them to anyone. I wish we had never heard of American Showhomes.

Horrible experiences with showhomes clients. They treat property like an apartment refuse to follow property guidelines and are dishonest. I do not believe they vet out their clients with any background checks, etc. showhomes shows no respect for property owners.
