I have long, thick, naturally curly, color-treated hair, and Tsubaki shampoo and conditioner was great for my hair. My hairdresser introduced it to me, and she didn't need to use any type of hair product after using the shampoo and conditioner before blow-drying my hair. My hair turned out soft, shiny and very manageable. It would probably not work so well on naturally oily, thin hair, but for my hair type, it was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

I had very high hopes for this shampoo, especially because in the description it said it was ok to use on fine hair. However, after using it for about a month, I found that it not only made my semi-fine hair very greasy and weighed down, but it was nearly impossible to get the oiliness out. I've gone back to the Kanebo line I enjoy so much, but have decided to only use this shampoo when I dye my hair, when the risk of over drying my hair is at it's highest. I would only recommend this shampoo for someone with very dry, damaged hair.
