How can they pick someone who has a face that looks like a foot to be the lead in a show about Sex? And she whines about Maxim readers voting her unsexy!! Only in America do we care about some horse faced millionare's feelings being hurt!!! The woman is not appealing to men at all (straight men), only Sex And The City fans who are females rush to Seabiscuits defense. Then again who cares?

I'm not going to pass comment on her looks as there are some great actresses out there who arent that hot in the old face department. I mark SJP as 1 star entirely to her being the prime mover behind the execrable girlie smug fest  that is 'Sex & the city'. Rarely has a TV show made me want to vomit up my entire innards. I have had to sit through several episodes as my wife was told by friends that it's a must see. Fortunately for our marriage she agrees with me and gave up. The show is utterly devoid of wit and IMO does women no favours, portraying them as bitchy, vapid, superficial, materialistic and with only one topic of conversation. Thank God most women I know are nothing like the S & TC characters. I know this post should be about SJP but even if she does charitable works on the quiet for orphans in Calcutta, this wouldnt be enough to purge her of her guilt for foisting the most overrated TV 'comedy' in history on mankind.

This is what a But-Her-Face looks like. Nice body and all but she not hot, no matter how she may have come across on Sex In The City.

I love her even though everyone bitches about her long face & big nose. Not everyone can be perfect. She doesn't try to be. Her eyes & presence are what make her. She represents the below-average looking woman. There's nothing wrong w/that!

. . .great legs, but a shockingly overrated actress in a strangely popular show with the least likeable women I've ever seen. . .

I really don't think she is that good looking and her acting is sub par at best. Someone needs to explain what all the fuss is about, she plays the same character in every thing she is in.

They must blast her with the fire hose to take off the war-paint after a shoot!

It's odd, but Sarah's one of these people that can look good and bad in the same shot. For those who thinks she's ugly, I can see your point. But I find her very attractive with a kick-ass little body. Also, having met her in a informal setting, I can say she is very grounded and a real sweetheart.

Adored her in SQUARE PEGS, and went goofy for her in GJWTHF. Then SEX AND THE CITY came along, and her look started getting inconsistent; camera angle, wardrobe, and make-up seemed to be holding most of it together. Could have done better work, but Hollywood will casually escort her out the door for the next Twinkie-in-Vera Wang.

I think that this girl needs to be on extreme makeover. I don't understand what is so beautiful about her. She might be sorta pretty if she had a different nose and her giant, hairy warts gone. She looks like a witch! I do feel sorry for her though. If she is so rich and everything, she should get something done.

I know women seem to uniformly love Sex and the City but I, as a man, was never able to sit through it for more than 10 minutes. Not only did it impress me as being supremely superficial (do I really care about the love woes and man troubles of narcissistic yuppies?) but it was dull to boot. And also, I don't mean to appear superficial myself, but I can't imagine a man getting worked up about any of these women, much less Sarah Jessica.

I'm in love with Sarah Jessica both as a person and an actress! I love Sex in the City it was very well written. Sarah Jessica added to her role tremendously through her true artistic expression of the character who she so closely related to that it seemed impossible to view Sarah Jessica outside the realms of Carrie and her friends in NYC. I also love her real life personification of her Jewish roots. Way to go! I throughly enjoyed watching her HBO hit series and can't wait to see what endeavor she follows next.

Ok, first of all, I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I believe that everyone using this website would agree to that, or else you wouldn't be here. So, why exactly do some of you feel as though Sarah should keep her political opinions to herself? I believe it is honorable that Ms. Parker uses her celebrity to promote political discussion. While other celebrities are out wasting their lives away, Ms. Parker has been using her fame to aid the less fortunate through UNICEF and other organizations. I live in Athens County, Ohio, where Ms. Parker was born, and I, like Sarah, know what it is like to live in one of the most impoverished areas of our country. Why ridicule a woman whose primary interest is in promoting the wellbeing of the less fortunate? Methinks we should only wish other celebrities had a heart like Sarah...

what the hell is that thing on her chin? she looks like she should be doing commercials for herpes medication. and as far a her weight, i think thin women are atractive but she shows signs that she starves herself to look like that. for instance the sunken cheeks and eyes. that is not sexy. its disgusting. by the way she sucked in that movie with bruce willis.

I dunno, she just comes off as a ditz and a bubblehead, and her face has a sort of horsey look. She does have a nice body(sorry ladies, but it is the truth), and she has been involved in some quality work(Ed Wood inparticular) in which she shines, but overall the MooCOw finds SJP to be somewhat over-rated.

I think that Sarah Jessica has everything required to be in show buisness; brains, BEAUTY (contrary to what some of you are saying), and good stands on SOME political issues. She has been getting alot of slack for a comment she made about President Elect Bush possibly cutting welfare, and most of you are all saying things like 'why doesn't she support her own family?' and (my personal favorite 'hey Sarah, how about one less Mercedes.'. What you people aren't taking into concideration is that her family might not want to put their daughter, cousin, sister, etc. in the position of having to provide for everyone. Someone commented about Uncle Sam's motto of supporting your family, and how she was un-American, but isn't America about being able to support ourselves, and be able to live with the wages that we are able to provide? I will probably get slack on this too, but I think I am right. Grant

I love this chic! She's got talent and a lot of sass. I like how she's not exactly beautiful in the face but she always comes off as sexy and gorgeous. She's a good actress and uses her own wit and charm to add to Carrie's character in Sex and the City.

Sex in the city is great show and just keeps us in stitches!!!!! As far as the politics - blah, blah, blah, blah, blah who cares!!! She won't be able to change a thing and neither will you!

As so many of the Hollywood elitist crowd, when she opens her mouth to say something not scripted for her, she makes an ass of herself. Another liberal socialist. Rant on airhead, no one is listening.

She may be painfully thin and politically left, but I have never confused her with either a beauty or an intellectual. She’s just another dime-a-dozen actress who confuses her skanky selection of roles with art and her personal and political opinions with something we all need desperately to hear. Every time her face pops up as I surf the channels I always find myself wondering – just who in the world does she know?

I have been a fan of Sarrah Jessica's for years. I love knowing the fact that when she is acting she is a firm believer of certain rules. Like how she will never do any nude scenes, and she does what she always feels right in front of the camera. She has a great personality, hardly ever curses, a wonderful sense of style and no matter what you will always find her smiling, unlike most celeb's that after awhile the spotlight gets to your head. I think she is a role model for all women.

Miss Parker appeared on TV last night as a blond. Unfortunately she was uglier than ever. Big JAP noses do not go with bleached hair. Sarah needs rhinoplasty as well as a lobotomy.

I am Winnifred in my school's musical, Once Upon A Mattress right now. Sarah was Winnifred on Broadway in 97 and I look to her as my inspiration. Her energetic personality should be a lift for anyone!! She is beautiful, funny, and has such a strong voice, I would kill to be her on Feb 22-24!
