I called to set up an appointment and was met with rude, terse replies by a know-it-all whose name I will refrain from using out of courtesy, something she needs to learn to lend to potential CUSTOMERS.

During my first visit to Dr. Stoever's office, I was immediately treated with professionalism and exceptional customer service. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain the procedures to me. They handled my insurance claims in a timely manner, and followed up with me a few days after my procedures. I would gladly recommend Sandy Springs Dental to anyone!!

I had my first visit yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The office was clean and bright and in a convenient location. I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years and was unsure of what to expect. My appointment started shortly after I filled out my paperwork, my hygenist was friendly and knew what she was doing. I was impressed that they visually show you your x-rays and use a camera to take pictures in your mouth to point out concerns or issues...right on the tv above your head! Dr. Stoever and my hygenist explained everything clearly and before they started my cleaning, I was told exactly what I was being billed for and what insurance would cover. There were no surprises. I was not pressured to buy any products or services. I definitely plan to make this my regular dentist and would recommend Sandy Springs Dental to anyone.

I have lived in Atlanta for 15 yrs. and was impressed by Dr. Stoever's knowledge and the office staff's demeanor. I would recommend Sandy Springs Dental without hesitation.

Dr. Stoever's dental practice is top notch. A few weeks ago I had my first visit there and I was very impressed by the professional staff, attention to detail, care, and of course, in-care television. Dr. Stoever has been my dentist for years and has always performed excellent work with great care. She's reliable, trustworthy and her new office is super nice.

I hadn't been to see a dentist in years, but I made the right choice by going to see Dr. Stoever. Her office was very clean and her staff was extremely friendly. I ended up needing a couple of fillings but it turned out to be a walk in the park because I didn't feel a thing the entire procedure. I was able to watch TV in my chair while she worked, which made it even better. I've recommended Sandy Springs Dental to all my friends.

I went to see Dr Stoever on my lunch one day! I only needed a regular cleaning so I went during my break. Dr Stoever and her staff are so nice and they were on time and very courteous of my time considering I only had an hour. I am so glad that I have found a dentist that I can get to so quickly. Her office is also very nice andI love the fact that I can watch tv while I am there! To top it off, after my cleaning they gave me a hot towel for my face. How nice is that?! AWESOME!

I drove over 40 miles one way to see Dr Stoever because she was highly recommended. I have to say, it was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. I'm a teacher and do not have a lot of free time. I was able to go there and get my cleaning, only to find I had a couple of cavities. I was torn over how soon I would be able to get back to the office but Dr Stoever offered to work me in that same day to do both of my fillings! I am pleased to know that I have found a dentist who actually cares about their patients time and schedule instead of their own! I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Stoever and her team were wonderful! This was my first dental experience in Atlanta and I'm so glad I picked Sandy Springs Dental. They were gentle, but thorough and explained everything in detail as they cleaned my teeth and later when I had to go back for fillings. They made the visit painless and easy. I had to take a minute and write a review on Dr. Stoever and her staff. Everyone is very nice and very good at what they do. I have never had any major dental work done so having a good hygenist is important to me. Dr. Stoever has some of the best. I am glad I found her when I came to town.

Dr.Stoever and her staff, not only treat you like their #1 patient, but as a part of their family! The level of care that this facility displays for their patients is unbelievable. Dr. Stoever?s work is impeccable. She is extremely knowledgeable and driven to perform at her best. I finally found a dentist that takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. I would highly recommend that everyone move to her practice.

First time visit. Very friendly staff. I got there right at the appointed time, they had me filling out the personal info immediately. About 3-5 minutes after I finished the forms I was seated in the chair and they started doing X-rays. The whole process took longer than I expected, but that was only because my expectations were off. They were working on me the entire time. (I hadn't seen a dentist in about 4 years.) I walked in at 8:30 and walked out a little before 11:00. I haven't compared prices between dentists directly but the charges didn't seem out of line. They had a clear opportunity to recommend more work on me than was needed but they just told me I'd been taking good care of my teeth for 4 years and my teeth were in better shape than they expected. I was relieved to hear I wouldn't be there for more work, but I was even more pleased that they were honest and upfront about everything. Some people try to take advantage of you. The dentist and hygienist were very honest with the treatment and cost. Extremely clean dental practice with good service!!! I have referred my friends and family to the practice.

I visited this office after being away for more thant 3 years. Found out that there is a new dentist, Dr. Christine Thaiya. She is one of the best professionals I have ever met. Great demeanor and quality work. Other dentists should learn from her!!!! Also liked the new, clean look at the office.
