Saddam Hussein Costume

This five stars is for the fresh out of the hole Sadaam with the big ole beard. If that showed at my door I'd give the freak wearing it all my candy. UPDATE: Now that he's deceased, Zombie Sadaam is an option...

If somebody tried to come to my halloween party dressed as Saddam Hussein I would slap them across the mouth and kick them out of my house.

jred, says that people dress up as Satan all of the time. I don't agree with people dressing up as satan or Saddam Hussein. But c'mon dude, Satan in a lot of people's eyes is fictional... Hussein is obviously not. Hussein has killed countless amount of people. The last time I checked Satan killed zero.

Bigbaby needs to chill out. People dress as Satan for crying out loud. Does that bother you? Your PC garbage is pathetic and lacks any originality. People who have fun and mock a political figure are not "sick minded". People who stick their noses into other peoples affairs and try to impose their square views on people, are sick minded. Lighten up.

I think this is going too far.....and I feel bad for any child who will be wearing this costume...their parents should know better...

When I first seen this on the list, I reacted by laughing. But then I quickly realized how disgusting this is. Even the IDEA is sick. This man is responsible for the deaths of so many innocent people. Americans have been killed in the war. Imagine if you were a parent, who's sons or daughters were killed in the war, would feel if some punk actually came to your house on Halloween dressed up like that? Dressing like Saddam is no different than dressing up as Bin Laden or Hitler. I do not think any parent with morals or care for thier child would allow to dress like this. Anyone dressed like Saddam, or any mass murderer, would either come home with blood, or not come home at all. What kind of suggestion is this anyway? Is just makes me ask myself, what kind of sick minds are running this site?

As a costume this might be a weird selection but no more weird than so many other political parodies done over the years. For instance, how about Charlie Chaplin's Hitler in "The Great Dictator"? I'm pretty sure even Looney Toons and the Three Stooges took old Adolf on a time or two back in the war propaganda days. Then of course there were the Tricky Dicky masks which you couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting in the 70's. I've actually seen nearly every one of the late 20th century prez's come to think of it. Heck, I'm pretty sure I even saw Margaret Thatcher somewhere along the way. I can't see a Saddam costume being any real threat to kids since it would more than likely be most popular with older kids/adults with a kind of off the wall sense of humor. I don't know what the psychologists would say but I think this kind of thing is more or less an attempt to use humor to make threatening things seem less so. I have no problem with that.

Yawn...spare me the PC crap. Halloween is a messed up holiday as it is and there's always someone out there with no taste- get over it. I'm sure there will be someone out there dressed up as Scott Peterson. And remember all the OJ costumes?
